[00:38] >> Hello and welcome to this edition of [00:40] Jerusalem Dine. I'm Chris Mitchell [00:42] >> and I'm Julie Stall. [00:44] >> Five suspects arrested near a British [00:45] air base used by American bombers are [00:48] out on bail, drawing a sharp response [00:50] from President Trump. The possible [00:52] attack comes as Washington and Tyran [00:55] trade messages over a potential nuclear [00:58] agreement. [00:59] >> And in Israel, after nearly three years [01:01] of war, more flights and tourism are [01:04] returning to the country. And in this [01:06] Jewish holiday season of Sukkot, [01:08] Christians are coming back to celebrate. [01:10] Here's the latest on these and other [01:12] stories. [01:15] >> President Trump says reports of an offer [01:17] to ease sanctions on Iran are false. [01:20] Axios, citing unnamed officials, [01:22] reported that Trump was willing to give [01:24] relief on sanctions and release frozen [01:27] funds if Iran took real action on its [01:29] nuclear program. But Trump called the [01:32] report a hoax and wrote, "I offered them [01:35] nothing on Truth Social." Asked about [01:38] the prospect of talks with Iran, the [01:40] president had this response. [01:41] >> We're going to win. It's as far as I'm [01:44] concerned, it's going to be one way or [01:45] the other, and it's going to be it's [01:46] going to go pretty quickly. Iran's [01:48] Supreme Leader Ayatollah Moab Hamini [01:51] claims Iranian forces have driven enemy [01:54] forces back from the straight of Hormuz. [01:56] US Central Command says that claim is [01:59] false and thousands of ships and more [02:01] than a billion barrels of oil have [02:03] passed through in recent months. [02:05] Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia has resumed oil [02:08] exports through its East West pipeline [02:10] after repairs to damage from drone [02:12] strikes. The route carries oil to the [02:14] Red Sea, bypassing the straight of [02:16] Hormuz. The Wall Street Journal reports [02:19] M East crude exports are at their [02:21] highest since the war began and is [02:23] nearly 80% of pre-war levels. In [02:26] Britain, five men arrested near RAF [02:29] Fairford on explosives and terrorism [02:31] charges were released on bail Monday. [02:34] The base has been used by American [02:36] bombers during this year's war with [02:38] Iran. Detectives say the men are still [02:40] under investigation and they're looking [02:42] into a possible link to Iran through its [02:44] proxies. Trump says he would have kept [02:47] the men in custody [02:48] >> over there. I'm surprised if they [02:49] released him, I wouldn't have done that. [02:51] Look, they've been very good. They [02:52] worked with us very closely. Uh we know [02:55] everything about them. We would not have [02:57] released them. [02:58] >> Secretary of State Marco Rubio also [03:00] pointed to possible foreign involvement. [03:03] >> It's a very serious situation. U it's [03:05] one that clearly involves the hands of a [03:07] foreign actor. [03:08] >> And at the United Nations, more than 40 [03:10] countries boycotted an event marking 25 [03:13] years since the Durban Conference. The [03:16] 2001 meeting was meant to combat racism, [03:19] but was overshadowed by anti-semitism [03:21] and attacks on Israel at a parallel [03:23] activist forum. The United States and [03:26] Israel walked out. Israel's ambassador [03:28] Danny Denown says the fight against [03:30] racism must never become a vehicle for [03:32] anti-semitism. [03:34] Joshua Swanson, CBN News, Jerusalem. [03:40] >> Against the backdrop of many nations [03:42] walking out of the UN General Assembly [03:44] last week when Israeli Prime Minister [03:46] Benjamin Netanyahu was starting to [03:48] speak, the opposite is happening in [03:51] Jerusalem. We [03:52] >> all together here [03:55] to bring a strong [03:57] and warm message [04:00] to the Jewish people. You are not alone. [04:05] >> More than 1,800 Christians from 70 [04:07] nations came up to Jerusalem to [04:10] celebrate the biblical holiday of Sukkot [04:12] or the feast of tabernacles. On their [04:14] first night in Jerusalem, they began [04:17] with worship in English, Hebrew, and [04:20] Arabic. [04:21] >> My name is Aaron, and these are my dear [04:23] friends, Shilo and Nar, Jewish, Gentile, [04:27] Gentile, Arab. Then one at a time, [04:30] representatives from each nation present [04:33] cross the stage waving their country's [04:35] flags. [04:36] >> And tonight, my friends, we are standing [04:38] right here in Jerusalem. [04:41] The dream survived. The people survived [04:45] and the state of Israel lives. [04:48] >> Ambassador George Deak is the first [04:50] Israeli Christian Arab ambassador. He [04:53] spoke to the crowd about the trials [04:55] Israel experienced over the generations, [04:57] including October 7th. [05:00] >> Every nation represented here, thank you [05:02] for coming to Jerusalem. Thank you for [05:05] standing with Israel. [05:06] >> Christians began ICJ in 1980 as a [05:10] response to many countries withdrawing [05:12] their embassies from Jerusalem. They've [05:14] been hosting the feast since then as a [05:16] sign of the future fulfillment of [05:18] Zechariah 14 that says one day all [05:22] nations will come up to Jerusalem to [05:24] celebrate the feast. The theme of this [05:26] year's feast is from Joel 3:16. [05:29] >> The Lord roars from Zion. He utters his [05:32] voice from Jerusalem and the heavens and [05:36] the earthquake. [05:38] But the Lord is a refuge to his people, [05:41] a stronghold to the people of Israel. [05:45] >> Jurgen Beller, president of ICJ, says [05:48] we're living in the days of Joel 3 when [05:50] the nations turn against Israel. He [05:53] urged participants to pray for their [05:55] homelands. [05:57] >> And the word of God is here. The Lord [05:59] roars from Zion. It's a roar of warning [06:02] to the nations of the world that if you [06:05] deal with my people, you are poking your [06:07] finger in the eyes of God. [06:10] >> He says while God cares about the needs [06:13] of individuals, participants represent [06:16] their countries and they need to cry out [06:18] that their homelands will stay on the [06:20] side of Israel and God. [06:26] Up next, across the divide, what's [06:28] behind the disconnect between the [06:30] American church and the Middle East? [06:35] Attention timeshare owners. You did a [07:43] story we just watched on the Feast of [07:45] Tabernacles celebrated by the ICJ, the [07:48] International Christian Embassy, [07:49] Jerusalem. You've been going to that for [07:51] how many years now? [07:53] >> 39. And I wasn't going to miss it this [07:55] year. [07:55] >> Yeah. So tell us why is it so important [07:57] for people from the nations literally [08:00] coming up to Jerusalem? You know, I [08:02] think it's really important as believers [08:04] to to experience this holiday, but also [08:08] like we said, it's actually in the [08:10] Bible, right? And uh where God says, you [08:13] know, then the survivors from all the [08:15] nations that have attacked Jerusalem [08:17] will go up year after year to worship [08:19] the king, the Lord Almighty to celebrate [08:22] the feast of tabernacles. And it's [08:24] important because then he goes on to say [08:26] that if they don't come up, they won't [08:27] have rain. So this is the prophetic [08:30] fulfillment of the feast of tabernacles. [08:32] >> Well, it's like it's a it's a looking [08:33] ahead to what it will be one day. [08:35] >> And we're also looking back. I mean, [08:37] Leviticus in 20 chapter 23 commands the [08:41] Jewish people and it actually is a feast [08:43] of the Lord. [08:44] >> It is [08:44] >> not just a feast for the Jewish people, [08:46] >> right? Yeah. He ordained it and it has a [08:49] purpose and you can see it's all over [08:51] Jerusalem, these little huts, you know, [08:53] withas sukas. Yeah. So it's really [08:57] special that people actually do it and [08:59] and follow that commandment as best as [09:01] they know and and it is a festive time. [09:04] You know people eat in their sukas, [09:06] sleep in their sukas. [09:07] >> So it is a festive time. Um [09:10] >> I don't know. I think it's really [09:11] significant now that the Christians are [09:13] coming back not in the numbers we've [09:15] seen in the past but um just to really [09:18] stand with Israel and some of the [09:19] countries they're not standing with [09:21] Israel. [09:21] >> Yeah. Yeah. Right. And I came back, I [09:23] was just uh in the States for about 10 [09:25] days. I came back on Delta, an American [09:27] airline, and some of the airlines are [09:29] now flying in and out of Israel. So [09:31] that's a yeah, pretty good uh sign for [09:33] tourism. [09:34] >> So what did you find in the States? How [09:36] was that? Well, you know, sometimes [09:38] there's a some people would call it a [09:40] disconnect, but or um sometimes people [09:43] in the US uh may not get the connection [09:46] of why the Middle East is so important [09:49] and why the phrase goes, you know, what [09:51] happens in the Middle East doesn't stay [09:53] in the Middle East. [09:54] >> So, we get affected in the US by what's [09:58] happening here. And I guess the main [10:00] topic of conversation and many people is [10:03] uh the price of gas. uh because when [10:05] they go to the gas pump, they're going [10:06] to spend an extra 20 $30, maybe more a [10:09] week or a month. Uh you multiply that [10:12] over a month and over a year, it really [10:13] does have an impact. Uh I think it's [10:15] hard sometimes when you go to the pump [10:17] to say, "Oh, well, this is because we're [10:19] at war with Iran, the largest state [10:21] sponsor of terror that is was producing [10:24] a nuclear weapon to annihilate Israel [10:27] and maybe attack the US." So, it's hard [10:30] to make that connection, but that's the [10:32] truth. Is that why the gas prices are [10:34] higher? [10:35] >> Yeah. You know, and I mean Isra and the [10:38] US, there's a big distance between them. [10:40] And it's maybe hard for people in the US [10:42] to understand that when Iran calls the [10:45] US the great Satan, which it has for [10:48] years that it it means to do something [10:50] about that, get rid of it. [10:53] >> Yeah. And one thing I think, and we've [10:54] talked about this before, is the [10:56] understanding of that Israel is really [10:59] at the tip of the spear, right, [11:01] >> on Western civilization against, call it [11:03] radical Islam, some people call it [11:05] classical Islam that really wants to [11:07] take over the West. And I think it's [11:09] important that they make that connection [11:11] because it's not just Israel that's in [11:14] the crosshairs. It's America. [11:16] >> Yeah, it definitely is. And I I think [11:18] it's really important for people to keep [11:20] that in mind that that this is going to [11:22] affect them. [11:23] >> Yeah. [11:23] >> It's not like, oh well, we just go on [11:25] with our lives. You really need to pay [11:27] attention what's going on in your [11:29] neighborhood, in your community, in your [11:31] state, and really be aware and and [11:35] you know, trust the Lord, do what he [11:38] tells you to do. But [11:40] >> 15 seconds left. How should people be [11:41] praying? I think they really need to [11:43] pray that um Muslims come to know the [11:46] Lord for one thing and that that that [11:49] the country that America will be on top [11:52] of things in terms of what their [11:54] reaction needs to be. [11:55] >> Good prayer points. [11:59] >> When we come back, casualties in the [12:01] information war. One expert calls for [12:04] facts, context, and truth. [12:09] to Beth for telling us about Pepiva [12:11] nighttime probiotics. [12:13] >> You're welcome, ladies. [13:04] That's P I N to 42424. [13:10] >> Israel's ongoing defensive war in Gaza [13:13] continues to come under accusations of [13:15] targeting civilians and committing [13:17] genocide. That ignores the key point. [13:20] According to a leading urban warfare [13:22] expert, our bureau chief Chris Mitchell [13:24] brings us the story. [13:28] John Spencer has spent years studying [13:30] the world's most destructive urban [13:32] battles from Stalenrad to Baghdad. After [13:36] traveling to Gaza seven times with the [13:38] IDF, Spencer tells CBN News that Israel [13:41] faced a battlefield unlike anything ever [13:44] seen in modern warfare. [13:47] The Hamas had 20 years [13:51] documented and billions of dollars [13:53] invested into every inch of the Gaza [13:56] Strip preparing it for war. [13:58] >> Spencer points to the scale of the [13:59] group's underground tunnel network [14:02] hundreds of miles beneath one of the [14:03] world's most politically scrutinized [14:06] battlefields. He says Hamas spent [14:08] decades preparing tunnels, explosives, [14:11] and fighting positions throughout Gaza. [14:14] Today's estimate is over 600 miles of [14:16] tunnels. It's massive. Um it's just [14:20] unique in the history of war. [14:22] >> Another critical factor, civilians [14:24] trapped inside the battlefield. Spencer [14:27] says that during seven trips into Gaza [14:29] with Israeli forces, he witnessed [14:32] extraordinary measures taken to protect [14:34] civilians. The IDF actions that I've [14:37] observed seven times personally deep in [14:40] Gaza City with the IDF formations, not [14:42] asking them what they're doing, watching [14:44] what they've done, have executed the [14:46] operation with greater care for civilian [14:49] life than they'll ever get credit for. [14:52] Those actions, he says, include dropping [14:54] millions of leaflets, making phone [14:56] calls, sending text messages telling [14:59] Gazins to get out of harm's way and [15:01] evacuation efforts and restrictions on [15:04] the use of certain weapons. Spencer [15:07] makes an extraordinary statement based [15:09] on his study of urban warfare. [15:12] >> Israel has implemented more civilian [15:15] harm measures than any military in the [15:16] history of war. That's a fact. Despite [15:19] Spencer's claim, Israel faces perhaps [15:22] the most damaging accusation, genocide. [15:25] A charge Spencer rejects. [15:28] >> I think it's one of the biggest lies [15:30] ever populated and spread around the [15:32] world that we've seen in the last 75 [15:36] years. [15:36] >> Under international law, genocide [15:39] requires specific intent to destroy in [15:42] whole or in substantial part a protected [15:44] group. Spencer argues Israel's conduct, [15:47] he's documented, points in the opposite [15:50] direction. [15:51] >> Genocide requires there to be an intent [15:53] to destroy. It's anti-intellectual in [15:56] this very specific case to say that [15:59] Israel is trying to commit a genocide, [16:02] has committed a genocide. [16:03] >> One image, though, has shaped [16:05] perceptions perhaps more than any other, [16:07] the destruction of Gaza. Spencer says [16:10] while the devastation is undeniable, as [16:13] an urban warfare expert, he maintains [16:16] destruction alone doesn't explain how or [16:19] why it happened. [16:21] >> Having studied urban warfare [16:22] specifically over a decade, I know what [16:25] it looks like when there is an urban [16:26] defender that you have to go in and dig [16:28] out. Spencer compares Gaza with battles [16:31] against ISIS in places like Mosul and [16:34] Fallujah where entrenched fighters [16:36] turned civilian neighborhoods into [16:38] battlefields. Plus, he adds Hamas had [16:41] something ISIS did not. [16:45] >> Two decades to prepare. [16:47] >> Hamas is in Gaza is very unique in the [16:50] amount of explosives that Hamas embedded [16:54] into every structure into the tunnels. [16:57] Spencer says the terror group weaponized [16:59] civilian infrastructure by putting [17:02] tunnel entrances beneath or near [17:04] buildings with weapons and explosives [17:07] placed throughout the urban landscape. [17:10] He points to those factors to help [17:12] explain why photographs of destruction [17:15] cannot by themselves tell the story of [17:18] what happened. [17:19] >> Everybody sees it and says that there [17:20] was a bomb dropped on that building. [17:22] That's actually not the truth. There's a [17:24] long list of reasons when the fighting [17:27] was happening in that those different [17:29] neighborhoods in those different cities. [17:31] >> Spencer believes that's another element [17:33] Israel has struggled to fight, the [17:35] battle over narrative. [17:38] He cites the explosion at Gaza's Ali [17:40] Hospital early in the war. Hamas accused [17:43] Israel of deliberately bombing the [17:45] hospital, killing about 500. In fact, it [17:48] was an Islamic Jihad missile that [17:50] misfired, landed in the adjacent parking [17:53] lot that killed about 50. But the [17:55] original accusations spread globally [17:58] before those facts were established. [18:00] >> You have to communicate daily. You have [18:02] to fight disinformation. You have to put [18:04] out information every day that you can [18:07] fight the lie. [18:08] >> For Spencer, that battle isn't simply [18:10] about Israel. It's about whether facts [18:12] still matter. And when we asked what he [18:15] would say to Christians struggling to [18:17] sort through competing claims about [18:19] Gaza, his answer came back to a biblical [18:22] principle. [18:23] >> I think that even the Bible has some [18:25] very powerful quotes about the truth and [18:28] the devil's tongue. We have to really do [18:30] critical thinking today of who gave us [18:32] that information. What are they not [18:34] telling us? What's the context that [18:36] they're leaving out to try to convince [18:37] us, to invoke our emotion, and to flip [18:40] the world where evil is good and good is [18:44] evil. For John Spencer, the lesson of [18:46] Gaza is not for Christians to ignore [18:48] difficult questions or civilian [18:51] suffering. It's that those questions [18:53] should be asked with facts, context, and [18:56] a determination to discover the truth. [18:59] That's because in modern warfare, the [19:01] battle goes beyond soldiers, rockets, [19:04] and bombs. It's also fought over what [19:06] the world believes happened. Chris [19:09] Mitchell, CBN News, Jerusalem. [19:14] Still ahead, celebrating the biblical [19:16] holiday of Sukkot, the feast of [19:18] tabernacles. [19:23] War and the trauma of living under [19:25] missile fire take a toll on the spirit. [19:27] As a former war correspondent and [19:29] embedded reporter, I can vouch for the [19:31] fact that war changes you. But it [19:34] doesn't have to be forever. CBN Israel [19:36] helps Israelis in need every day with [19:39] trauma counseling, food, shelter, and [19:42] more. [19:43] >> After I was wounded in a terror attack [19:45] 22 years ago with my three-year-old son, [19:48] we went through a lot of trauma. It [19:51] wasn't just the physical wounds. We saw [19:54] this trauma play out through the years [19:57] with my entire family. I had a vision of [20:00] somehow blending education with therapy [20:03] to turn the pain of terrorism into [20:05] miracles. [20:08] >> Sometimes a child uh has a very hard uh [20:11] time saying what is wrong or what he is [20:14] feeling because he just doesn't know the [20:16] words to describe it. And through art he [20:20] can express what he feels inside without [20:22] having to give it a name. So, we created [20:24] a team of mobile therapists that would [20:26] go out and and go out and meet the [20:29] families and and do what we call whole [20:32] family therapy. Our Middle East [23:05] correspondent Paul Batit takes us out to [23:08] the ball game where Cali Mitchell is [23:10] introducing America's national pastime [23:12] to Israeli youngsters. [23:18] >> In a country where soccer is king, Cali [23:21] Mitchell is throwing a curveball. [23:23] >> I met with a woman in in the Jerusalem [23:25] municipality in the athletic department [23:27] and showed her a diagram of a baseball [23:29] field and she was like, "Oh, that looks [23:31] like a fan." Kelly leads the Jerusalem [23:33] Lions, a baseball program for 5 to 18 [23:36] year olds. [23:38] >> There you go. [23:39] >> In Kelly's family, the business of [23:41] baseball goes back 90 years. Her great [23:44] great uncle was signed by Branch Ricky, [23:46] the same person responsible for signing [23:48] Jackie Robinson, the first black player [23:51] in the major leagues. [23:52] >> And from that time on, we've had four [23:56] generations of men, um, nine total, play [23:59] professional baseball. My dad has had [24:02] the longest running career 51 years as a [24:04] player coach and manager and he just [24:06] recently retired. [24:07] >> Her father, Jerry Narren, caught behind [24:09] home plate before spending decades [24:12] leading players with teams such as the [24:14] Boston Red Sox, Texas Rangers, and [24:17] Milwaukee Brewers. For Cali, that meant [24:20] growing up at major league ballparks, [24:22] surrounded by a love for the game, and a [24:25] family of faith. I grew up going to [24:28] baseball chapel Bible studies on a [24:29] regular bas basis. That really helped [24:31] shape my faith growing up. [24:33] >> After marrying a Jewish man and moving [24:35] to Israel to raise a family, Kelly felt [24:38] she needed to leave baseball behind. [24:40] >> I thought I was laying down baseball on [24:43] the altar like like Abraham laid Isaac [24:45] on the altar and that if the Lord was [24:48] going to give it back to me, he would. [24:50] >> And he did. After October 7th, the man [24:53] running Jerusalem baseball stepped down. [24:56] The program had fewer than 30 children [24:58] and needed someone willing to step up to [25:00] the plate. [25:01] >> And he said, "So, who's going to be the [25:03] next RD, which means regional director [25:05] of Jerusalem baseball?" And as soon as [25:07] he said it, I heard, "It's you." [25:09] >> And that's when this baseball mom took [25:11] the field. [25:12] >> I felt like the Lord said it was my my [25:14] job. Um, and I'm really glad that I [25:16] heard so clearly from the Lord, too, [25:18] because it's been an amazing blessing, [25:21] but it's also been so much work. It's [25:23] been plowing a field full of rocks. [25:26] >> And in Israel, bats and balls can be [25:29] hard to find. Sporting goods stores [25:31] don't normally carry baseball equipment, [25:33] so Cali reached out to her family and [25:36] some of their baseball connections, who [25:38] came out of the bullpen to help. Yankees [25:40] first baseman Paul Goldmid, a friend of [25:42] her father, pitched in with cash. [25:45] >> He said 12,000 for 12 tribes. [25:47] >> Her dad helps too. During visits here, [25:50] he often starts with the basics. How to [25:52] throw a baseball and grip a bat. Kobe [25:55] likes playing first base. [25:57] >> It's very athletic, like stretching for [25:59] the ball and um getting [26:03] >> hops. [26:04] >> Some likes sliding home the most. [26:06] >> He's a little competitive, a little [26:08] maybe too much. So he really wants to to [26:10] score and slide and and and do all that, [26:13] but he does slide alive. Ruins all his [26:16] pants. [26:16] >> Tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap. [26:18] >> Through it all, these players learn [26:20] teamwork. [26:21] >> I love that it's like a great team sport [26:23] and they really get to play with the [26:25] rest of your team. And it's not just [26:26] it's not just one person that [26:28] contributes to the game. It's it's each [26:30] and every player. [26:31] >> 75 kids are now in the program. More [26:33] than double the number when Callie [26:35] started. and her scorecard counts more [26:37] than hits and runs. She's seen [26:39] friendships flourish and hospitality [26:42] abound. [26:43] >> You know, as someone who's a gentile, [26:44] someone who's a Christian, they've all [26:46] welcomed me into their families. I go to [26:49] bar mitzvah. I go to shul with them for [26:51] different family events. So, I want to [26:53] see you guys really cheering each other [26:55] on. [26:55] >> America's national pastime brought it [26:58] all together. I want them to see that my [27:00] faith in Yeshua, it is something that [27:02] shapes my character and also gives me [27:05] confidence and hope to dream big and to [27:08] go for big goals. Um, because I worship [27:11] a big God. [27:12] >> Perhaps the biggest thing is a family [27:14] legacy coming full circle from America's [27:17] major leagues to a baseball diamond in [27:19] Israel. [27:20] >> They're so excited about it. They all [27:22] see it as the extension of the family [27:25] story. My dad has actually said that he [27:28] believes that our 90 years as a nar [27:30] family um we're leading up to this point [27:33] where we could do it together as a [27:35] family in Israel. [27:38] >> Paul Petite CBN News Jerusalem. [27:42] >> And for our YouTube viewers, we have [27:44] Joshua Swanson's interview with Pastor [27:47] Martin Sedra from Echo Church in [27:49] Australia that was conducted early this [27:51] year at the National Religious [27:53] Broadcasters Convention. Take a look. [27:56] >> Martin Sedra, thank you for joining us. [27:59] It's really an honor to sit with you all [28:00] the way from from Sydney, Australia. [28:02] >> Yes. [28:03] >> So, what brought you to Nashville? I [28:05] mean, obviously, we're at NRB, but I [28:06] think there might have been something. [28:08] >> Yeah, I was 100% I am all the way from [28:11] Sydney, Australia. I was speaking at the [28:12] Judeo-Christian Zionist Congress. Um, [28:15] man, and I I really excited to be there [28:16] cuz I'm seeing this new wave of um the [28:19] Islamic propaganda. Islam is trying to [28:21] use uh trying to shift the focus from [28:24] Islam being the threat to Israel being [28:26] the threat. And Islam is very smart [28:27] because they know that Gen Z and Gen [28:29] Alpha need an enemy, an outside enemy to [28:31] blame for everything. So what Islam is [28:33] doing is they're using Israel um with [28:35] the pro Palestinian propaganda to say, [28:38] "Hey everyone, Israel is the problem." [28:39] So I come from Egypt. We escaped the [28:41] Muslim Brotherhood. We nearly died for [28:43] preaching Jesus Christ. Um the Muslim [28:45] Brotherhood hated us. They wanted to [28:46] kill us. They wanted to behead us. And [28:48] we're here to tell America and wake up [28:49] America that the greatest threat in [28:51] America is Islam. Um we're seeing this [28:54] new uh Islam is very smart. They hate [28:56] the Islam loves when Candace Owens and [28:59] Tucker Carlson and all this new voices [29:01] that are leading the young people [29:02] astray. They love it when people blame [29:04] Israel. But um I believe the Jewish [29:06] people and the Christians need to unite [29:08] to fight this uh Islamic terrorism and [29:10] Islamic invasion that's happening in [29:12] America now. [29:12] >> How did they try and kill you when you [29:14] say they tried to kill us in Egypt? [29:15] >> Yeah. Egypt, Egypt 1400 years ago was a [29:18] Christian country. We were 90 90% [29:19] Christian uh 10% other religions. And [29:22] Islam 1400 years ago came to Egypt, [29:24] conquered our churches, burnt our [29:26] churches, killed our pastors, raped our [29:27] woman, took our children, converted them [29:29] to Islam. And now Egypt is 90% Muslim, [29:31] 10% Christian. So now it's the opposite. [29:33] Now my family comes in as a Christian [29:35] minority in Egypt. And my dad, his main [29:37] ministry, he decided his main ministry [29:39] was going to preach to the Muslims, [29:40] which is pretty much committing suicide. [29:42] for every everyone listening they know [29:43] you cannot in the Middle East you cannot [29:45] preach to a Muslim and convert them to [29:46] Christianity because under Sharia law [29:48] and apostasy you'll be killed and a [29:50] person will be killed so my dad was [29:51] preaching to many Muslims thousands of [29:53] Muslims were coming to Christ turning [29:55] from Islam leaving Muhammad turning to [29:56] Jesus um my dad ended up converting a [29:59] specific woman um a Muslim lady she came [30:01] to Christ but my dad didn't know that [30:03] her husband was a leader of a Muslim [30:04] terrorist group um and when a Muslim [30:06] terrorist that her husband found out [30:08] that a pastor preached to his wife he [30:10] was furious Uh, and he planned to take [30:12] revenge on my dad. And the way he was [30:14] going to do it was to c kidnap his sons, [30:16] my brothers who were 9 and 5 years old [30:18] at the time. His plan was to kidnap my [30:20] brothers, behead them, put him in a bag, [30:22] and send it to the front door of my [30:23] dad's house as a lesson. Don't preach [30:25] Jesus again. [30:26] >> Can we just Can we I mean, [30:29] and that's okay according to the Quran. [30:31] >> That that that's that's exactly not even [30:32] just okay. That is uh that is commanded [30:35] according to Quran. Kill the infidel. So [30:37] for our Christians watching at home, we [30:39] just need to let that sink in. Nothing [30:41] like that is in our Bible, but that is [30:42] okay according to the Quran. And that's [30:44] what we're up against, not only here in [30:46] the United States, in Europe, but all [30:47] >> 100%. Jesus said, "Love your enemies." [30:49] Muhammad said, "Kill the infidel." Uh [30:51] Jesus before he died said, "Father, [30:53] forgive them." Um Muhammad before he [30:55] died said, "May Allah curse the Jews and [30:56] the Christians." So we're dealing, we're [30:58] not dealing with a religion that is here [30:59] to coexist. We're dealing with a [31:01] political movement that is here to [31:02] conquer America. And some people say, [31:04] "Oh, you're Islamophobic." I'm not [31:05] Islamophobic. Uh, Islamop phobia is an [31:08] irrational fear. Irrational fear. Me [31:10] being scared of Islam is not irrational. [31:12] It's very irrational. Muslims kill [31:14] Christians all across the world. [31:15] >> And it almost killed your brother. [31:16] >> And it almost killed my brother. So what [31:18] happened now? So to that Muslim [31:20] terrorist leader sent two Muslim men in [31:22] a van to kidnap my brothers from a [31:24] school bus 7:00 in the morning and to [31:25] behead them. Two Muslim men coming in [31:28] the morning. They see my brothers. The [31:29] Muslim men try to get out of the van to [31:31] kidnap my brothers. And the Muslim men [31:33] feel frozen in the van. They're not [31:35] moving. They don't know what's going on. [31:36] My brothers get on a school bus. The [31:38] school bus leaves. The two Muslim men [31:39] unfreeze again. Now they're looking at [31:41] each other. They're like, "You coward." [31:42] They thought they were scared. That's [31:43] why they were frozen. They're like, "You [31:45] coward. You couldn't get a 5-year-old [31:46] and a 9-year-old." So the boss the next [31:48] day is angry. He sends two bigger men. [31:49] He tells them, "Finish your job." [31:50] There's two Muslim men go to the bus [31:52] stop 7:00 in the morning. They see my [31:54] brothers. This time, the Muslim men were [31:56] able to get out of the van. They're [31:57] outside of the van and they're standing [31:58] right behind my brothers. My brothers, [31:59] bear in mind, five and 9 years old. And [32:01] as the two Muslim men go to kidnap my [32:03] brothers to behead them, they feel a [32:04] supernatural hand. An angel grab both [32:07] their hands and tie behind their head. [32:08] Both Muslim men that have killed [32:10] thousands of people, preachers, [32:12] politicians, they couldn't get a five [32:13] and a nine-year-old. So now an angel's [32:15] holding their hands behind their head. [32:16] My brothers get on a school bus. The [32:18] school bus leaves and they unfreeze [32:19] again. Now the Muslim leader is like [32:21] confused. What is going on? [32:22] >> Confused. [32:23] >> He doesn't Well, he's like, "This has [32:25] never happened before." So now he goes [32:26] to my dad's house, knocks on the door, [32:28] he sits with my dad, he tells him the [32:30] story, and that's how we know the ins [32:31] and out of what happened. He tells him [32:33] the story and he lands with saying this. [32:34] This is a Muslim terrorist leader. He [32:36] says to my dad, "I tried to kill your [32:37] children, but your God protected them [32:39] and your God is the one true God." And a [32:41] Muslim terrorist leader becomes a [32:42] Christian and leaves Islam. And what I [32:44] always tell people is two things. Jesus [32:47] is stronger than Muhammad. God is [32:48] stronger than Allah. I'm not scared of [32:50] Islam. I don't care. They try to [32:52] threaten us with our life. They try to [32:53] kill us. and all my Jewish listeners and [32:55] Christians, Islam hates Israel and it [32:57] hates America. Islam shouts death to [33:00] America and death to Israel. Um, and [33:02] they are here. I always tell people [33:03] this, Islam, the the the the holy day [33:06] for the Muslims is Friday. That's when [33:07] they gather to pray. The holiday for the [33:10] Jews is Saturday, right? The holiday for [33:12] the Christians is Sunday. That's when we [33:14] gather. The holidays for the atheists is [33:16] Monday. That's when they build their [33:17] empire. So, I call it the sequence of [33:18] killing. According to Islam, the people [33:20] of Friday, the Muslims, first kill the [33:22] people of Saturday, the Jews. That is [33:23] their number one target. The people of [33:25] Friday kill the people of Saturday. [33:26] After they attack the Jews and kill [33:28] them, guess who's next? The people of [33:29] Sunday, the Christians. And once they [33:30] get rid of the people of Saturday, the [33:32] Jews, and the people of Sunday, the [33:33] Christians, next comes the people of [33:34] Monday, which is the atheists, the [33:36] trans, the gays, or the gays for Gaza. [33:38] >> Isn't that wild? The the the coalition [33:40] that's forming between the people on [33:42] Monday, and the people on Friday. [33:43] >> Exactly. And that's what this is a you [33:45] know, you hear all the time, gays for [33:47] Gaza. You know, you've heard that [33:48] before. Gays for Gaza, trans for [33:49] Palestine, uh, trans for Hamas. Uh, that [33:52] apparently the LGBTQ love Zurani and [33:55] love Palestine. I'm like, it's like [33:57] saying chickens for KFC. It's like, it's [33:59] literally so confusing because the LGBTQ [34:01] don't understand is in Christianity, we [34:03] might tell you to repent of your sin, [34:05] but we're never going to kill you. We [34:06] love you enough to tell you to repent. [34:07] In Islam, they don't tell you to repent. [34:09] In Islam, they'll kill you. [34:10] >> That's right. And Mamani in the United [34:12] States is from his pulpit. Yeah. of [34:16] power now as the mayor preaching this [34:18] this is this Muslim rhetoric of Islam is [34:21] lovely. [34:21] >> Exactly. [34:22] >> And it's like read the book. [34:24] >> Exactly. And that's by the way this is a [34:26] rebranding of Islam. Islam knows that [34:28] Americans would not accept them for [34:30] their true self. So they're trying to [34:31] rebrand. And that's where Zorani comes [34:33] in. Zorani comes in. And if you notice, [34:35] Zorani doesn't really look like a [34:36] Muslim. He's all clean. He's wearing a [34:38] suit, all shaved up. Very nice guy. [34:40] Seeming nice. And this is Islam. When [34:42] Islam doesn't have power, they they try [34:44] to rebrand in order for you to accept [34:46] them. And once you accept them in their [34:48] true colors flip and that's what [34:49] Muhammad did, by the way. Muhammad [34:50] after, you know, in 1610 AD when he [34:52] started Islam in 1610 AD, 600 years [34:54] after Jesus, he starts Islam and for the [34:57] first 12 years in Mecca, Muhammad [34:58] preached a peace and a tolerant [35:00] religion. Muhammad was not violent for [35:02] the first 12 years of preaching Islam. [35:03] Very tolerant u preaching in Mecca and [35:06] no one converted to Islam for 12 years. [35:07] About 50 people converted and all of a [35:09] sudden he's like this is not working. I [35:10] need to change my strategy. So he moves [35:12] from Mecca to Medina and start changes [35:14] his strategy to stop preaching peace and [35:16] tolerance. And then he comes violence, [35:18] kill the infidel. And that's what Islam [35:19] does. Islam begins as a peaceful [35:21] religion when they don't have power. But [35:23] once they have power, they flip and [35:25] that's when they kill the infidel. [35:26] >> Well, I don't want to end on something [35:28] negative because I think there's a lot [35:29] of hope in Jesus and I've seen that hope [35:31] in your ministry. So give us something [35:33] positive that you're seeing in your [35:35] ministry that we can that we can cling [35:36] to. [35:36] >> 100%. I want to tell the Americans and [35:38] everyone listening to me is that [35:39] although Islam is trying to Islamize [35:41] America and take over the West and it is [35:43] a threat here. The reason Islam is [35:46] trying to conquer this country is [35:47] because they're crumbling in the Middle [35:48] East. Islam is losing in the Middle [35:50] East. Iran Islam is crumbling there. [35:52] 50,000 mosques shut down in Iran by [35:54] 2023. Um millions of Muslims in Iran are [35:58] turning to Christ. Hundreds of thousands [35:59] of Muslims in Indonesia turning to [36:01] Christ. 200 gazins in G in the Gaza [36:04] Strip saw visions of Jesus in 2023 and [36:06] turned to Christ. So I want to tell [36:08] everyone listening to me, although Islam [36:09] is coming to America, Islam is crumbling [36:11] in the Middle East. And at the end of [36:12] the day, Jesus Christ is king. We're not [36:14] scared. We're going to fight for America [36:15] and we're going to keep this country [36:16] Christian. [36:16] >> Amen. How can people find out more about [36:18] you? [36:18] >> Yeah. Uh you all social media platforms [36:21] Martin Cedra or my website [36:22] martinsedra.com and let's fight for [36:24] America. [36:25] >> Amen. Thank you, Martin, for with us, [36:26] brother. Good stuff. [36:27] >> Appreciate it. Well, that's all for this [36:30] edition of Jerusalem Datine. Thanks for [36:32] joining us. And [36:46] remember, the God who watches over [36:48] Israel and you and me neither slumbers [36:51] nor sleeps. I'm Julie Stall [36:53] >> and I'm Chris Mitchell. For all of us [36:55] here at the Jerusalem Bureau, hug Sakot [36:58] Seameak. Happy Feast of Tabernacles. And [37:00] we'll see you on Friday on Jerusalem [37:02] Dine.
