Israel continues intense operations against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon as Iran refuses to sign a ceasefire agreement with the United States without a full Israeli withdrawal from Lebanon. In Gaza, Hamas is watching the U.S.-Iran talks with concern, fearing that a regional agreement could leave the Strip alone against Israel and allow Israel to increase military pressure.
