Transcript [00:00] Has the United States already decided [00:03] how to defeat Iran? The war with Iran is [00:06] approaching a decisive moment and a new [00:09] threat is emerging. Iran has drawn a red [00:13] line. Not even a tiny particle of [00:16] enriched uranium material will leave the [00:19] country. [00:20] Senior Iranian officials are declaring [00:22] that Thran will not surrender its [00:24] uranium stockpile, insisting that they [00:27] have completely lost trust in the United [00:30] States. Meanwhile, a new compromise, a [00:34] proposal, has been emerging. The offer [00:37] reportedly includes inspections by the [00:39] International Atomic Energy Agency in [00:42] exchange for financial relief involving [00:44] frozen Iranian assets. But while the [00:47] diplomats are talking, the Pentagon is [00:50] moving enormous firepower into the [00:53] region. [00:54] A third American aircraft carrier is [00:57] heading towards the Middle East with [00:59] additional forces preparing to join the [01:01] military buildup. And President Donald [01:04] Trump is giving Iran two options. The [01:07] nice way or the not so nice way. Is Iran [01:11] backing away from the possibility of [01:13] another confrontation? Or are the United [01:15] States and Israel prepared to resume the [01:18] war sooner or later? US Defense [01:21] Secretary Pete Hagsath made an [01:24] unannounced visit to Israel and met with [01:27] Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu. [01:30] On the agenda, the possibility of [01:32] renewed military strikes against Iran. [01:35] And on Israel's northern border, the [01:38] terrorist organization is raising its [01:41] alert level amidst fears of another [01:43] escalation. And meanwhile in Gaza, [01:46] Israel continues eliminating terrorists [01:48] who participated in the October 7th [01:50] massacre. I'm Pinto and I'm joined by [01:54] Ashley Alex and we're here on Booth in [01:57] the Ground where we bring you the full [01:59] truth about what's happening in Israel [02:01] and the full truth about what's [02:03] happening in our neighborhood, the [02:05] Middle East. [02:06] Today's Wednesday, October 21st, [02:10] 2026. [02:12] So, let's begin. And before we begin, I [02:15] want to thank all of you who have stood [02:17] with us, prayed for us, and followed [02:20] this journey from the front lines here [02:23] in Israel. [02:25] Later in today's report, I'll tell you [02:27] about my new book, Boots on the Ground, [02:30] and how you can receive a personally [02:32] signed copy by visiting tbn.org/ [02:37] boots on the ground. [02:39] So, has the countdown to another [02:41] military strike against Iran began? [02:44] President Donald Trump says that the [02:46] time has come to decide how America [02:48] intends to defeat Iran. The nice way or [02:51] the not so nice way [02:54] is responding with an uncompromising [02:56] condition. Not a single particle of [02:59] enriched uranium will leave the Islamic [03:02] Republic of Iran. That same evening, [03:05] Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin [03:06] Netanyahu made his position very clear. [03:09] For him, the objective is no longer [03:11] simply to stop Iran's nuclear program, [03:14] but to bring down the Iranian regime [03:16] itself. The United States is preparing [03:18] to concentrate an enormous amount of [03:20] military firepower opposite Iran. The [03:24] Pentagon is sending a third aircraft [03:26] carrier towards the Middle East along [03:29] with thousands of Marines and additional [03:31] combat aircraft. dramatically expanding [03:34] America's ability to launch a large [03:36] scale offensive against the regime in [03:40] Thran. So, the aircraft carrier USS [03:43] Theodore Roosevelt is making its way [03:46] towards this region alongside additional [03:48] marine forces and amphibious naval [03:50] assets. According to reports, thousands [03:54] of sailors and marines that are expected [03:56] to reinforce the American military [03:58] presence in the coming weeks, [03:59] potentially bringing the total to three [04:02] aircraft carrier strike groups operating [04:05] in this region. [04:07] That the Roosevelt is expected to join a [04:10] naval force that already includes the [04:12] aircraft carriers USS George HW Bush and [04:16] USS George Washington. [04:19] And in the straight of Huz, American [04:22] forces are already operating. Photojets, [04:25] unmanned aerial vehicles, and other [04:27] military assets, they're helping secure [04:29] commercial shipping against Iranian [04:31] threats and the attacks. Sencom reports [04:35] that the overwhelming majority of [04:37] vessels are successfully passing through [04:39] the strait safely. And meanwhile, an [04:42] American report, which has not yet been [04:44] confirmed by Israel, suggests that [04:46] Israeli fighter jets conducted an [04:48] exercise that involved flights towards [04:52] Iran through Syria and Iraqi airspace. [04:56] And that report comes as at the [04:59] precisely time when the moment when [05:02] officials in Jerusalem and Washington [05:04] are once again discussing the [05:05] possibility of renewed military strikes. [05:08] And today, Iran claimed that two oil [05:12] tankers exploded after striking the [05:14] naval mines. But US Central Command is [05:17] rejecting the allegations, declaring the [05:20] reports are not true. And in the [05:24] military is on high alert over the [05:26] possibility of another confrontation. [05:29] Following the Tanya's meeting with US [05:31] Defense Secretary Pete Hags at Y of air [05:34] base in southern Israel, reports are [05:37] emerging of increased activity at four [05:39] Iranian nuclear sites and concerns that [05:43] Thran may be moving centrifuges deeper [05:45] underground. [05:47] Netanyahu is warning that there are [05:49] signs that Iran and its proxies are once [05:52] again preparing to challenge Israel and [05:54] the international community. [05:56] and he believes that the regime is [05:59] working to rebuild the capabilities that [06:01] could bring it closer to developing an [06:03] atomic bomb. And in preparations for [06:07] another war are already underway. A [06:09] senior Iranian official told Reuters, [06:12] Iran is preparing for new attacks by [06:14] Israel and the United States, not for an [06:16] agreement to end this war. [06:18] And according to Iranian sources, [06:20] officials in Tehran are even attempting [06:22] to prolong negotiations in order to [06:25] increase the pressure on Washington [06:27] ahead of the American midterm elections [06:29] in November. And yet Pakistan and Kata [06:34] are presenting a new compromised [06:36] proposal. [06:37] And according to the reports, the [06:39] proposal includes inspections of Iranian [06:42] nuclear facilities by the International [06:44] Atomic Energy Agency alongside financial [06:47] relief involving frozen Iranian assets. [06:50] But for now, the revolutionary guards do [06:52] not appear to be rushing towards a [06:54] compromise. [06:56] Mush Zed, the Secretary of Iran's [06:58] Supreme National Security Council, has [07:01] declared not even a tiny particle of [07:04] enriched uranium or any kind of nuclear [07:06] material will leave Iran as they also [07:09] made it clear that before negotiations [07:11] can resume, Washington must take steps [07:15] to restore Iran's trust in the United [07:17] States. So, can diplomacy still prevent [07:21] another war? Oh, that's the prospect of [07:24] three American aircraft carriers [07:26] operating in the region signal [07:29] preparations for the next military [07:31] strike. Let me know what you think about [07:33] that in the comments. [07:35] And meanwhile, another front is [07:38] expanding. [07:39] As American military forces concentrate [07:42] opposite Iran, Saudi Arabia's war [07:45] against the Houthis in Yemen continues [07:47] to escalate. And Britain is now sending [07:51] fighter jets to help defend the kingdom. [07:54] Yesterday, the full scale of the deadly [07:57] missile attack against the training camp [08:00] used by forces aligned with Yemen's [08:02] Saudibacked government became clear. [08:05] Three ballistic missiles, they struck [08:07] the camp in Saaba, the province, and the [08:10] death toll has now risen to 73. [08:15] More than 200 people, they were wounded [08:17] and 14 are still missing. [08:20] This is one of the deadliest attacks [08:22] since the war in Yemen resumed. And [08:24] amidst this escalation, Britain is [08:27] bringing fighter jets into Saudi [08:29] Arabia's defensive operations. The [08:31] British government has announced that [08:34] Royal Air Force Typhoon fighter jets [08:36] will carry out defensive missions to [08:38] intercept missiles and drones [08:41] threatening Saudi cities and critical [08:43] infrastructure. [08:45] In addition, Britain will sell military [08:48] advisers and A400M military transport [08:51] aircrafts while extending its aerial [08:53] refueling support for Saudi operations [08:56] by another 90 days. [08:58] However, London is emphasizing one [09:00] important distinction. British fighter [09:03] jets will not conduct offensive strikes [09:06] against targets inside Yemen, and the [09:08] coalition helping defense Saudi Arabia [09:11] is continuing to expand. France is [09:14] assisting with the protection of the [09:17] strategic oil terminal in Yanbut. Egypt [09:20] is considering military assistance [09:23] although its parliament has postponed [09:25] the vote on sending troops to fight the [09:27] Houthis until October 26. [09:31] Turkey and Pakistan they are also [09:34] strengthening their security [09:35] coordination with Riyad but both [09:37] countries they remain cautious about [09:39] becoming directly involved in a long and [09:42] costly war of attrition. And behind the [09:45] escalation that we are seeing [09:48] behind this escalation stands Iran which [09:52] supplies the Houthis with military and [09:56] also with financial assistance and [10:00] technology. [10:01] So through that partnership Iran is [10:04] threatening the international shipping [10:06] routes and the global energy market as [10:08] well. And now comes the bigger question. [10:11] Could the Saudi front develop into a [10:13] much wider regional wall? And could the [10:16] shared Iranian threat bring Saudi Arabia [10:18] and Israel into an unprecedented [10:20] security partnership? [10:22] And in Europe, a dramatic new [10:25] development in the investigation into [10:27] France's violent unrest. [10:29] French intelligence and police are [10:31] examining the involvement of far-left [10:33] elements, including anarchists and [10:36] ultralleft activists alongside other [10:38] groups that participated in the [10:40] demonstrations and the violent [10:42] incidents. [10:44] According to reports, young people from [10:47] the suburban neighborhoods were also [10:50] involved in looting while investigators [10:52] they are working to determine who [10:55] organized attacks against police [10:56] officers and public buildings. [10:59] And today a key suspect has been [11:01] arrested in connection with the arson [11:04] attack that devastated the historic city [11:07] hall in Limuj. [11:10] According to French media reports, the [11:12] suspect is CD, a 34year-old ultralleft [11:17] activist who was already known to the [11:20] security services and had previously [11:22] been flagged for surveillance. [11:25] He was arrested as part of the [11:26] investigation into the fire that [11:28] destroyed large sections of the historic [11:31] city hall building. The number of people [11:33] arrested during the unrest across France [11:37] has now exceeded to 2,500 [11:41] people and security forces are preparing [11:44] for the possibility of another major [11:46] wave of protests over the coming [11:48] weekend. in Paris and other cities. The [11:51] polls indicate that movement [11:52] restrictions and nighttime curfews have [11:55] been introduced in central areas. But at [11:58] the same time, another disturbing [12:00] development is emerging in Britain. Just [12:03] this time in investigations into the [12:06] suspected plot near the Raf Fairford [12:10] military base. British police, they have [12:13] rearrested two men on suspicion of [12:15] assisting a foreign intelligence [12:17] service. And according to investigators, [12:20] the country involved in the [12:21] investigation is Iran. Remember back in [12:25] September, a suspicious security [12:27] incident took place near the Raferold [12:30] British air base that had hosted [12:33] American bombers that were involved in [12:34] operations against Iran. So following [12:37] the security concerns, there were [12:39] reports that American bombers had been [12:41] withdrawn from the base. And our British [12:44] counterterrorism police, they believe [12:46] that there is a high likelihood of [12:48] Iranian state involvement in the [12:50] suspicious activity. But there is an [12:53] important distinction. The investigation [12:55] is still ongoing and responsibility for [12:58] the suspected plot has not yet been [13:00] established in court. And then in Gaza, [13:03] a dramatic closing of the circle. The [13:06] IDF and Israel's Shinbet security [13:08] services have announced the elimination [13:10] of the last Hamas terrorist who remained [13:13] at large from the cell responsible for [13:16] abducting the body of Shani Lao during [13:20] the October 7th massacre. [13:22] Tamil Muhammad Ibraim al Sabah was [13:26] terminated in an air strike in Jabalia [13:28] in the northern parts of the Gaza Strip. [13:30] So that means that of the five [13:32] terrorists involved in the abduction, [13:34] four have now been eliminated and the [13:36] fifth is still being held by Israel. And [13:39] in a separate strike in Gaza City, the [13:42] IDF and the Shinbet announced the [13:44] elimination of Akram Basam Shabban [13:48] Yasin, a senior operative in Hamas's [13:51] clandestile general security apparatus [13:55] is responsible amongst other things for [13:57] protecting the senior officials, [13:59] coordinating their movements, and [14:02] gathering intelligence for the [14:04] organization's leadership. [14:07] And the message that Israel is sending [14:08] is clear. The hunt for the terrorists of [14:11] October 7th is continuing. [14:14] The passage of time does not erase the [14:16] crimes committed that day and Israel [14:19] continues working to bring those [14:20] responsible to justice. I'm Pinto joined [14:25] by Ashley Alex and we are boots on the [14:27] ground. We bring you the full truth [14:29] about what is happening in Islam and in [14:31] this fight against Iran's revolutionary [14:33] guards. She's the driving force behind [14:36] this terror in the Middle East. And [14:39] before we begin, I want to encourage you [14:41] to keep spreading the truth. So [14:58] since October 7th, you've followed us [15:01] from Gaza, the Israel Lebanon border, [15:04] and front lines across this wall. You [15:06] prayed for us and for our families [15:08] through some of the hardest days that [15:10] we've ever faced. Those prayers, they [15:12] kept us going. And through it all, we [15:15] have watched God turn unimaginable [15:17] challenges into opportunities. [15:20] And we've witnessed biblical level [15:23] miracles in modern day. So that journey [15:26] is now being told in my new book, Boots [15:30] on the Ground, a war journal of an IDF [15:32] reservist. So become a monthly supporter [15:35] of TBN Israel with a gift of $50 or more [15:39] and receive a personally signed copy of [15:41] my book, Boots on the Ground. I'm curious. [16:03] Another ballistic missile was [16:05] intercepted on its way towards Viad, the [16:07] Saudi capital. This is as this war [16:11] against the Iranianbacked Houthis [16:13] continues to escalate. And all across [16:15] the border in Yemen, emergency crews are [16:17] still searching for survivors after one [16:20] of the deadliest missile attacks in [16:21] months. [16:23] Three Huti ballistic missiles, they [16:25] struck the Elam training camp in Sabawa [16:29] Province, hitting young recruits as they [16:32] assembled for military training. The [16:34] confirmed death toll has now risen to 73 [16:38] with more than 200 wounded and 14 still [16:42] missing. The victims were mostly between [16:44] the ages of 18 and 20 years old. Yemeni [16:50] authorities they that they were [16:52] preparing to serve in local security [16:54] units not participating in a frontline [16:56] offensive. [16:58] The Houthis however claimed that Saudi [17:00] military personnel were operating this [17:02] facility and that claim it remains [17:05] disputed. [17:06] But the strike it demonstrates the [17:08] destructive power of the ballistic [17:10] missiles available to Iran's allies even [17:14] when they are fighting a much better [17:16] equipped military coalition and the [17:18] danger is expanding far beyond Yemen. [17:22] Britain is deploying fighter aircrafts [17:24] to defend Saudi cities. Egypt is [17:26] considering a large military role and [17:29] reports suggest thousands of fighters [17:31] from Syria could drawn into this [17:35] conflict. And meanwhile, the United [17:37] States is concentrating additional [17:39] naval, air, and firepower in the Middle [17:41] East while Israel prepares for the [17:43] possibility of another confrontation [17:45] with Iran. But the most important [17:48] decision may not be made on the [17:51] battlefield at all. It may come from the [17:53] negotiations that are taking place in [17:55] Tehran while the Iranian leaders are [17:58] sending sharply conflicting signals [18:01] about their intentions. Ashley Alex has [18:04] been following those developments and [18:06] the wider regional consequences. So [18:09] Ashley, over to you. [18:12] Thank you. Y the diplomatic effort to [18:14] prevent another major American and [18:17] Israeli offensive against Iran has [18:19] reached a critical point. Pakistan and [18:22] Qatar have presented Washington and [18:24] Thran with a new compromise proposal. [18:27] According to diplomatic accounts, it [18:29] received an initially positive response [18:32] from both sides. But within hours, one [18:34] of Iran's most powerful security [18:36] officials made a declaration that [18:38] exposed the central obstacle. Mosen [18:41] Rosi, Secretary of Iran's Supreme [18:44] National Security Council and a former [18:46] commander of the revolutionary guards [18:48] met Pakistan's army chief field marshal [18:51] Asim Munir in Thran. Raz declared that [18:55] not even a particle of enriched nuclear [18:58] material would leave Iranian territory. [19:01] He described that material as national [19:03] wealth belonging to the Iranian people. [19:06] He also insisted that negotiations could [19:09] not begin until Washington rebuilt trust [19:12] by meeting Iranian conditions. That [19:14] position matters because the location [19:16] and future of Iran's enriched uranium [19:19] remains central to American and Israeli [19:22] security concerns. [19:24] The United States wants meaningful [19:25] restrictions on Iran's nuclear program, [19:28] including arrangements that can be [19:30] independently verified. Iran insists on [19:33] retaining the material and refuses to [19:35] accept negotiations conducted under [19:38] American military and economic pressure. [19:41] So, what exactly are the mediators [19:43] offering? The proposal concerns [19:45] approximately $6 billion in Iranian [19:49] assets frozen in banks in Qatar. The [19:52] latest arrangement would allow Iran to [19:54] receive the interest accumulated on [19:56] those funds rather than immediately [19:59] releasing the entire principle. In [20:01] exchange, Thran would reportedly permit [20:03] inspectors from the International Atomic [20:05] Energy Agency to conduct a discrete, [20:09] previously unannounced visit to Iranian [20:11] nuclear facilities. That would create an [20:14] opportunity for international inspectors [20:16] to assess activity at sites where [20:19] questions remain following months of [20:21] fighting. But there's an enormous [20:23] difference between permitting an [20:25] inspection and agreeing to dismantle a [20:27] nuclear program. Inspectors need access, [20:31] reliable records, and the ability to [20:33] account for nuclear material. A single [20:36] visit cannot automatically resolve every [20:38] question about damaged installations or [20:40] undeclared activities. and Iran has not [20:43] publicly accepted the wider American [20:46] demands. There's another obstacle. Iran [20:49] wants its own 7-day arrangement [20:51] implemented before broader nuclear [20:53] negotiations begin. That proposal links [20:56] reopening the Straight of Hum to the [20:58] lifting of the American naval blockade [21:01] and the release of frozen funds. [21:04] Washington wants nuclear concessions [21:06] addressed from the beginning. These are [21:08] fundamentally different starting [21:10] positions. Neither side has announced [21:13] the final agreement. Even more revealing [21:16] are accounts coming from inside Iran's [21:19] political establishment. Three senior [21:21] Iranian officials and another person [21:23] familiar with the leadership thinking [21:26] describe a deliberate effort to prolong [21:28] the negotiations ahead of the American [21:31] congressional elections on November 3rd. [21:34] Their calculation is that continued [21:36] uncertainty, expensive energy, and [21:39] public dissatisfaction could weaken [21:42] President Donald Trump politically. One [21:44] Iranian official said the country's [21:46] leadership was preparing for renewed [21:48] American and Israeli attacks rather than [21:51] an agreement to end the war. That does [21:54] not mean every Iranian official wants [21:55] another confrontation. It does show why [21:58] diplomatic statements must be judged [22:00] against the actual concessions being [22:02] offered. The economic damage inside Iran [22:05] is already severe. The American naval [22:08] blockade and sanctions have devastated [22:11] Iranian oil exports. [22:13] Figures cited in the latest reporting [22:15] indicate that exports fell to virtually [22:18] zero in early September. [22:21] Iran's annual inflation rate reached [22:23] 73.6% in September. Its currency has [22:27] lost nearly 35% of its value against the [22:30] dollar since the renewed blockade in [22:32] July. [22:33] Those numbers translate into rapidly [22:35] rising living costs, diminishing [22:37] purchasing power, and growing pressure [22:40] on the government's finances. Yet, the [22:42] leadership believes a concession made [22:44] under pressure could weaken its position [22:47] at home. Now, consider the American [22:50] response. President Trump says the [22:52] United States is progressing well [22:54] against Iran, but must make a final [22:56] decision about how to achieve victory. [22:59] He described the choice as winning the [23:01] nice way or the not nice way. Trump also [23:04] said American attacks had severely [23:06] damaged Iranian nuclear installations, [23:08] but he acknowledged that the buried [23:10] infrastructure presents a longerterm [23:12] problem. His stated concern is [23:15] preventing Iran from rebuilding a [23:17] nuclear weapons capability five, six, or [23:20] 10 years from now. That is an important [23:23] distinction. Destroying buildings and [23:26] equipment is different from proving that [23:28] a nuclear program cannot be [23:30] reconstructed. [23:32] Inside Iran, some hardline political [23:34] figures are now openly questioning the [23:36] country's long-standing opposition to [23:39] nuclear weapons. There is no verified [23:42] finding in these developments that Iran [23:44] has assembled a nuclear weapon, but the [23:46] debate itself is becoming more dangerous [23:49] and the Pentagon is preparing for [23:51] several possible outcomes. The aircraft [23:54] carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt and [23:56] additional naval and amphibious forces [23:59] have been ordered toward the region. [24:01] Their deployment could bring the [24:02] American presence to three carrier [24:04] strike groups alongside thousands of [24:07] sailors and marines and hundreds of [24:09] military aircraft. The buildup [24:12] strengthens Washington's ability to [24:13] protect shipping, sustain air [24:15] operations, and respond to Iranian [24:18] attacks. It does not by itself establish [24:20] that another offensive has been [24:22] authorized. [24:24] American defense secretary Pete Hex's [24:26] unannounced meeting with Benjamin [24:28] Netanyahu at of the air base in southern [24:31] Israel adds another important dimension. [24:34] Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz and [24:37] other senior security officials also [24:39] participated in the discussions. The [24:42] meeting took place at a military [24:44] installation rather than the usual [24:45] political offices in Jerusalem. [24:48] Trump subsequently declined to disclose [24:50] what Hexit had discussed with Netanyahu. [24:53] For now, the precise operational [24:55] decisions remain undisclosed. Before we [24:58] continue, help us share the truth from [25:00] Israel. Like this report, share it with [25:03] your friends and family, and subscribe [25:05] to Boots on the Ground. Your support [25:07] helps us reach people who want to [25:09] understand what is actually happening in [25:11] this rapidly changing region. Since [25:14] October 7th, you have followed us from [25:16] Gaza, Israel's northern border and the [25:18] front lines of this war. You have prayed [25:21] for us and our families through some of [25:23] the hardest days we have ever faced. [25:26] Those prayers have meant more than we [25:28] can express. Through this journey, we [25:31] have witnessed extraordinary courage, [25:33] remarkable acts of faith, and what we [25:36] believe are biblical level miracles in [25:39] our own time. Y Pinto has now told that [25:42] story in his new book, Boots on the [25:44] Ground. [26:05] Thank you for standing with Israel and [26:07] helping us continue bringing these [26:09] reports directly to you. Now, the [26:12] confrontation with Iran is creating [26:14] another serious challenge for the entire [26:17] region. Saudi Arabia is increasingly [26:19] dependent on military assistance from [26:21] other countries as the Houthis continue [26:24] attacking its airports, energy [26:26] infrastructure, and civilian areas. The [26:29] kingdom's King Khaled International [26:30] Airport in Riyad has suffered repeated [26:33] attacks. In the deadliest strike, 13 [26:36] people were killed and more than 300 [26:39] wounded. Hudi attacks have also reached [26:41] Saudi energy infrastructure, including [26:44] facilities associated with Aramco in [26:46] Dan. The consequences extend directly [26:49] into the Kingdom's economy. Saudi Arabia [26:52] has postponed its future investment [26:54] initiative conference widely known as [26:56] Davos in the desert until 2027. [27:01] That gathering is central to Crown [27:03] Prince Muhammad bin Salman's effort to [27:05] attract international investment and [27:07] diversify the e economy under vision [27:10] 2030. [27:12] The cancellation of a major investment [27:14] event is particularly damaging for a [27:17] government trying to convince [27:18] international businesses that the [27:20] kingdom offers long-term security. And [27:23] the Saudi military faces another [27:25] problem. Despite its extensive [27:27] investment in Americanmade weapons, [27:30] Riyad has struggled to stop every [27:31] incoming missile and drone. There have [27:34] also been concerns about its available [27:36] stock of missile interceptors. [27:38] that helps explain the British decision [27:40] to become more directly involved in [27:43] defending Saudi airspace. [27:45] Royal Air Force Euro fighter Typhoon [27:47] jets will conduct defensive missions [27:50] above Saudi territory, protecting cities [27:53] and critical infrastructure against [27:56] aerial threats. Britain is also sending [27:58] an Atlas A400M military transport [28:01] aircraft to move heavy equipment around [28:04] the kingdom. British military advisers [28:07] will work alongside Saudi officers while [28:09] the existing aerial refueling mission [28:11] has been extended by another 90 days. [28:14] That mission allows Saudi aircraft to [28:16] remain airborne longer, including during [28:19] operations against Houthi military [28:21] targets in Yemen. But London has [28:24] established a clear limitation. British [28:26] typhoons will not conduct offensive [28:29] strikes against targets inside Yemen. [28:32] Defense Secretary West Streeting has [28:35] emphasized that Britain continues to [28:37] support a political solution to the [28:39] conflict. [28:40] France has also announced additional [28:42] defensive assistance to Saudi Arabia. [28:45] The concern is not limited to Saudi [28:47] territory. The Houthis are threatening [28:50] navigation near the Baba Almandab [28:51] Straight connecting the Red Sea with the [28:54] Gulf of Aiden. Commercial shipping [28:57] through that passage is essential to the [28:59] route between Europe and Asia via the [29:01] Suez Canal and the instability is [29:04] forcing other regional governments to [29:06] make difficult decisions. Egyptian [29:09] President Abdel Fatal Cece has offered [29:12] military support for Saudi Arabia, but [29:14] the Egyptian Parliament postponed its [29:16] vote until October 26th. Under article [29:20] 152 of Egypt's constitution, deploying [29:23] armed forces on combat missions outside [29:25] the country requires approval from [29:27] twothirds of parliament. Egyptian [29:30] officials must determine the objectives, [29:33] costs, duration, and limits of any [29:35] deployment. [29:37] Cairo has powerful reasons to help [29:40] Riyad. Disruption of Red Sea shipping [29:42] has reportedly cost Egypt around $6 [29:44] billion in annual sewers canal revenue. [29:48] More than 5 million Egyptians work in [29:51] Gulf countries, making regional economic [29:53] stability important to millions of [29:55] families. Egypt is also discussing the [29:58] renewal of approximately 5.3 billion in [30:01] Saudi deposits. These interests help [30:05] explain its close relationship with [30:07] Riyad, although they do not establish [30:09] that military assistance is being [30:11] exchanged for financial concessions. [30:14] Turkey and Pakistan are also [30:16] strengthening security coordination with [30:18] Saudi Arabia, but neither country has [30:20] committed to an open-ended ground war in [30:23] Yemen. Another possibility is emerging [30:26] from Syria. Reports attributed to Yemen [30:29] intelligence sources describe a Syrian [30:32] military delegation visiting Saudi [30:34] Arabia to discuss the possible transfer [30:36] of up to 10,000 fighters. The delegation [30:40] reportedly included commanders Khaled [30:43] Katab and Haidam Ali. [30:46] Katab visited [30:48] the Assir and Nadran regions while ali [30:51] reportedly held discussions in Riyad [30:54] concerning transportation financing and [30:57] operational assignments. The same [30:59] account suggests Syrian drone [31:01] specialists could train Saudi back [31:03] forces in southern Saudi Arabia and [31:06] eastern Yemen. Some of these reports [31:09] claim the potential force could include [31:11] foreign fighters who previously [31:13] participated in Syria's civil war, but [31:16] this remains an unconfirmed proposal, [31:19] not an announced deployment. [31:21] The Syrian government previously denied [31:23] plans to send thousands of fighters into [31:25] the conflict. There is also a major [31:28] diplomatic surprise involving Israel. [31:31] President Trump has publicly said Israel [31:33] has been very helpful to Saudi Arabia [31:35] during the confrontation with the [31:37] Houthis. He has not disclosed the nature [31:39] or extent of that assistance. Trump also [31:43] suggested that diplomatic normalization [31:45] between Israel and Saudi Arabia might [31:48] again become possible. For years, those [31:51] relations have been complicated by [31:52] regional political disagreements. [31:55] Now, a common concern about [31:56] Iranianbacked armed groups is creating a [31:59] new reason for security cooperation, but [32:02] there is no announced normalization [32:04] agreement. Iran's confrontation with [32:06] Western countries is also producing [32:08] developments much farther from the [32:10] Middle East. British counterterrorism [32:13] police have rearrested two men aged 24 [32:16] and 25 on suspicion of assisting Iranian [32:19] intelligence. The investigation concerns [32:22] a security incident near RAF Fairford, [32:26] an air base used by American bombers [32:28] during operations against Iran. Police [32:31] discovered petrol in three suspicious [32:34] vehicles during the earlier incident. No [32:36] explosives were recovered. Investigators [32:39] consider Iranian state involvement [32:42] highly unlikely, but the precise [32:44] responsibility remains under [32:46] investigation. [32:47] No conviction has established the [32:49] allegations. And in France, the security [32:52] situation presents a different kind of [32:54] challenge. More than 2,500 people have [32:57] been arrested following riots involving [33:00] attacks on police, looting, arson, and [33:04] serious damage to thousands of [33:05] businesses. French authorities have [33:07] arrested a suspected ultralleft activist [33:10] in connection with the destruction of [33:12] the historic Limarge Town Hall built in [33:15] 1883. [33:17] Intelligence officials believe violent [33:19] ultralleft and radical left groups [33:21] played prominent roles in attacks [33:23] against government buildings and police. [33:26] They also describe opportunistic looting [33:29] involving groups of young people from [33:31] disadvantaged neighborhoods. These [33:33] distinctions matter. Participation in a [33:36] demonstration does not establish [33:38] responsibility for violence. [33:40] Curfews are being maintained in parts of [33:43] Paris, Leyon, and Marseilles. France is [33:46] also preparing additional security [33:47] deployments, including Sentinel military [33:51] personnel protecting sensitive locations [33:54] ahead of more demonstrations this [33:55] weekend. For President Emanuel Mcron, [33:58] the crisis is becoming a major test of [34:01] domestic security and political [34:03] leadership. But here in the Middle East, [34:06] the most immediate concern remains [34:08] whether Iran's confrontation with the [34:09] United States will trigger more fighting [34:12] across the region. And that brings us [34:15] back to Israel where the military is [34:17] preparing for threats on several fronts. [34:20] Yeah. Back to you. Thank you very much [34:24] Ashley. [34:25] And in Israel, the threat from the [34:28] terrorist organization directly is [34:31] connected to the possibility of another [34:33] Iranian attack. Defense Minister Iskat [34:36] has now presented the dimensions of [34:39] Israel's security zone inside southern [34:41] Lebanon. According to Kas Israeli [34:44] forces, they control approximately 700 [34:46] square kilometers stretching from the [34:49] Mediterranean coast towards the Buffford [34:51] Castle, the Alitaka reach and the [34:53] approaches to Mount Kermon. Kat says [34:57] that more than 60 villages containing [35:00] approximately 23,000 homes have been [35:02] destroyed during the operations against [35:04] the infrastructure. [35:07] Around 200,000 residents have been [35:10] displaced from the sea. Israel's state [35:13] position is that its forces will not [35:16] withdraw until hisbal is disarmed and [35:19] the threat to the northern communities [35:21] of Israel is removed. Kat has also [35:23] warned that any participation in an [35:26] Iranian attack could bring additional [35:28] Israeli ground operations towards Nabia [35:31] and the Lethani River. And on the Gaza [35:34] front, Israeli forces are continuing [35:36] targeting operations against the Hamas [35:38] personnel accused of rebuilding the [35:40] organization's military capabilities. [35:43] The IDF and the Shinbet they announced [35:45] the killing, the annellation of Carman [35:47] Basim Saband Yasid in the air strikes in [35:51] Gaza City. Gasin was a senior official [35:53] in the kamas general security mechanism [35:56] aklandest organization responsible for [35:59] protecting the senior commandos [36:01] arranging their movements and compiling [36:04] intelligence assessments. Israel says [36:06] that he was involved in rebuilding [36:08] kamas's capabilities and planning [36:10] attacks during the ceasefire. The strike [36:13] was intelligence guided with precision [36:15] weapons and aerial surveillance that was [36:17] used in order to reduce the risk to the [36:19] civilians amongst the Palestinian [36:21] people. Israeli forces have also [36:23] terminated Tama Muhammad Ibrahim Al [36:26] Sabah in Jabalia and he was identified [36:29] as a member of the Hamas cell involved [36:31] in abducting Shail Lao during the [36:33] October 7 massacre. [36:36] Three other members of that cell they [36:38] were terminated earlier while a fifth [36:41] was captured by the Israeli forces. The [36:44] operation closes another chapter in the [36:47] efforts to bring those responsible for [36:50] the massacre of October 7th to justice. [36:53] So across Israel's borders, the next [36:56] round of fighting could be shaped by [36:59] decisions that are already being made in [37:01] Washington and in Thran. So will [37:04] diplomacy contain the confrontation or [37:07] will a new military offensive ignite [37:09] several fronts all at once? [37:13] Let me know what you think. And in the [37:14] meantime, keep spreading the truth. [37:17] Share this content with as many people [37:18] as possible. [37:20] Pray for the situation because prayer [37:23] works. [37:25] So, keep praying for the peace of [37:26] Jerusalem and we'll see you again for [37:29] the next report of boots on the ground. [37:32] The meantime, [37:34] keep praying for the situation, for your [37:37] leaders, for the soldiers, and for the [37:39] peace of Jerusalem.
