Transcript [00:00] Is Iran laying the groundwork for an [00:02] atomic bomb? In Thran, officials are now [00:06] openly discussing a change in the [00:08] country's nuclear doctrine. And an [00:10] Iranian lawmaker, believes that much, [00:14] the new Supreme Leader, could overturn [00:16] the religious prohibition on nuclear [00:18] weapons. The revolutionary guards are [00:21] issuing a warning that will leave the [00:23] world stunned. Iran is threatening to [00:26] enter another war with a new weapon it [00:28] claims has never been revealed and is [00:31] threatening to expand its attacks even [00:34] towards Europe. Iran has appointed a new [00:37] defense minister, a missile expert under [00:39] international sanctions. And he's [00:42] already threatening Trump. If you drop [00:44] even a single bomb, start counting how [00:47] many American soldiers will be sent home [00:49] from the Middle East in coffins. Iran is [00:52] once again threatening Israel. The next [00:54] mistake will bring severe retaliation. [00:57] And in the Strait of Humuz, according to [00:59] Iranian claims, an oil tanker struck a [01:02] naval mine, caught fire, and reportedly [01:04] sank. And in Saudi Arabia, the war [01:08] against the Houthis is now drawing Egypt [01:10] into the picture. Egypt's National [01:12] Defense Council has approved security [01:14] assistance for Riyad in its [01:16] confrontation with the Houthis and the [01:18] Houthis continue to humiliate Saudi [01:20] Arabia. Could Israel actually be the [01:23] country that saves the kingdom? From [01:26] luxury yachts to fortified bunkers, [01:28] today we'll show you the miserable life [01:31] of MBS since the Houthi attacks began. [01:34] And in northern Israel, two IDF [01:37] divisions are on alert for the [01:39] possibility of another ground operation [01:41] in Lebanon after the terrorist [01:43] organization raised its alert level [01:45] amidst instructions from Iran. Is Tehran [01:48] preparing the Lebanese front for the [01:50] next round of war as well? And France is [01:53] burning again for a second consecutive [01:56] night, looting, arson, and violent [01:58] clashes, more than 2,000 arrests and [02:01] hundreds of injured police officers. And [02:03] in Paris, according to reports, a [02:06] synagogue was also broken into and to [02:09] scrolls were thrown onto the floor. [02:11] Italy is beginning to look like France [02:13] with Milan once again becoming a scene [02:16] of violent unrest. Are we witnessing a [02:19] dangerous connection between far-left [02:21] extremist and radical Islamist? Is an [02:24] anti-semitic alliance emerging between [02:26] the radical left and extremist Islamist? [02:29] We'll bring you all the details. So, is [02:32] the Middle East preparing for another [02:33] war? While in Europe itself, the battle [02:36] over Israel, immigration, Islamism, and [02:39] national identity is already moving from [02:42] the halls of Parliament onto the [02:44] streets. I'm Ati Shashani, joined by [02:46] Ashley Alex, and here on Boots on the [02:49] Ground, we bring you the full truth [02:51] about what's happening in Israel and the [02:53] full truth about what's happening in our [02:55] neighborhood, the Middle East. Today's [02:57] Monday, October 19th, 2026. Let's get [03:00] started. Now, before we begin, I want [03:04] you to know about TBN's Rebuild Israel [03:06] campaign, helping families and [03:08] communities bring new life back to [03:10] Israel's north. We'll tell you more [03:12] about about this later in today's [03:13] report, but in the meanwhile, visit [03:16] tbn.org/rebuild [03:18] Israel. Now, back to the news. A [03:21] full-scale war involving the United [03:23] States, Israel, and Iran could erupt [03:25] again at any moment. Washington has [03:28] already developed plans to strike [03:30] Iranian nuclear and energy facilities, [03:32] including the possibility of using the [03:34] massive MOAB known as the mother of all [03:37] bombs. Thran is threatening a military [03:40] campaign even more devastating than the [03:42] previous rounds of fighting involving [03:44] ballistic missiles, weapons it claimed [03:46] have not yet been deployed, and attacks [03:49] against undersea communication cables, [03:51] artificial intelligence centers, and oil [03:54] and gas facilities. In an extreme [03:56] escalation scenario, even American [03:58] military based in Europe could become [04:00] targets. A concern highlighted by the [04:03] attempted terrorist attack against a [04:05] military base in Britain. Inside Iran's [04:07] leadership, a struggle is now taking [04:10] place over the next military move. Some [04:12] figures within the Revolutionary Guards [04:14] are pushing for a direct strike against [04:16] Israel and attacks on oil facilities in [04:19] the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and [04:21] Iraq in an attempt to shake the global [04:24] economy. Now, according to reports, no [04:26] final decision has been reached, partly [04:29] because of internal disagreements. And [04:31] meanwhile, Iranian officials claim they [04:33] have conducted an exercise involving a [04:35] barrage of 30 ballistic missiles. And [04:38] now, a new figure enters the picture. [04:41] Iran's new defense minister, Mehdad [04:44] Akalagi Ketabchi. He's a senior figure [04:47] in Iran's missile industry who is [04:49] subject to international sanctions [04:51] because of involvement in the country's [04:53] missile program. Coming from the very [04:56] heart of the regime's missile [04:57] establishment, he's promising to rebuild [05:00] and expand military production. And as [05:02] you might expect from a senior official [05:05] in Iran's military establishment, he is [05:07] already threatening a surprising and [05:09] extensive response to any further [05:12] attack. At the same time, the [05:15] revolutionary guards are threatening to [05:17] turn Israel into scorched earth and [05:19] drive its population into the Sinai [05:21] desert. Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin [05:24] Netanyao says there's another mission to [05:26] complete in Iran. While Trump is [05:28] threatening to finish the job if Thran [05:31] does not change its behavior. Iran's [05:33] foreign minister has a warning of his [05:35] own. Be careful. We also have unfinished [05:38] business. And in the straight of Humus, [05:41] another tanker caught fire after [05:43] reportedly striking a naval mine. [05:45] According to Iran this morning, o this [05:48] morning oil prices are approaching $110 [05:51] a barrel. While the Houthis continue [05:54] attacking Saudi Arabia, Thran is [05:56] offering to reopen the strait within a [05:59] week in exchange for lifting the [06:00] blockade and easing sanctions. [06:02] Washington is refusing to back down. For [06:05] now, no new military campaign has been [06:07] announced, but the armed forces are [06:09] preparing. The threats are escalating, [06:11] and the distance between a diplomatic [06:13] crisis and another regional war is [06:15] becoming smaller by the day. Now look, [06:17] the Iranian threat is now extending to [06:20] Israel's nuclear facilities. The [06:22] hardline Iranian newspaper Kaihan is [06:25] calling for attacks against Israel [06:27] Israeli nuclear sites if the United [06:29] States strikes the new underground [06:31] complex near Natans. And Prime Minister [06:34] Netanyahu for his part is warning that [06:36] Israel is prepared to launch a [06:38] devastating preemptive strike against [06:40] Iran even without American participation [06:43] to prevent Tehran from striking first. [06:45] Or as we say in Israel, if someone comes [06:48] to kill you, rise up and stop him first. [06:51] It is an ancient principle from Jewish [06:53] tradition and the Bible and it remains [06:55] relevant today. [06:57] And the war with Iran is already [06:59] exploding on the Saudi front as well. [07:01] The Houthis backed by Iran are managing [07:04] to humiliate one of the wealthiest [07:06] military powers in the world and expose [07:09] dangerous weaknesses in its defensive [07:11] systems. Deadly missile and drone [07:13] attacks by the Houthi rebels against [07:15] Saudi Arabia's capital and oil [07:18] infrastructure have recently exposed the [07:20] limitations of the kingdom's armed [07:22] forces and open a new and dangerous [07:24] phase in the war in Yemen. Saudi Arabia [07:27] has one of the largest defense budgets [07:29] in the world. Its military is equipped [07:31] with advanced fighter jets and air [07:33] defense systems supplied by the United [07:35] States and other countries. And despite [07:37] all of that, the Houthis have proved to [07:39] be an extraordinarily resilient enemy. [07:42] The ground forces together with their [07:44] ability to manufacture missiles and [07:46] drones are reducing Saudi Arabia's [07:48] military advantages. The attacks on [07:51] Riyad's international airport have [07:53] killed at least 13 people and injured [07:55] more than 300. Missiles and drones [07:58] continue threatening Aramo's oil [08:00] facilities. Riyad and the kingdom's [08:03] export ports on the Red Sea. Crown [08:06] Prince Muhammad bin Salman has [08:08] reportedly even been forced to stay in [08:11] fortified compounds amid fears that he [08:14] could be directly targeted. But how can [08:16] a country or how can a country be [08:18] equipped with American fighter jets and [08:21] advanced Patriot air defense systems [08:23] struggle so badly against rebels in [08:25] Yemen? The Houthis have mobile missile [08:28] launchers. They have underground [08:30] production facilities and swarms of [08:32] drones making it extremely difficult for [08:35] the Saudi Air Force to eliminate the [08:37] threat. And this is where Israel enters [08:39] the picture. Trump has stated that [08:42] Israel has already helped Saudi Arabia [08:43] and has encouraged Liyad to accept [08:46] further Israeli assistance. Israel has [08:48] extensive operational experience [08:50] intercepting Houthi missiles and drones, [08:53] multi-layered air defense systems, [08:55] advanced intelligence capabilities, and [08:57] the ability to carry out precision [08:59] strikes against missile launchers and [09:01] military infrastructure. If approved, [09:04] cooperation like this could [09:05] significantly strengthen Saudi Arabia's [09:07] early warning and defensive [09:09] capabilities. And meanwhile, Saudi [09:11] Arabia is seeking assistance from [09:13] Turkey, Pakistan, and European [09:16] countries. Egypt has already expressed [09:18] its willingness to intervene to defense [09:21] of the kingdom. Although authorization [09:23] to send troops into combat has not yet [09:25] been granted and the Houthis are [09:28] threatening Egypt as well. This is how [09:30] the war in Yemen is becoming another [09:32] front in the regional confrontation with [09:35] the Iranian axis with Israel potentially [09:37] emerging as a decisive military partner [09:40] in Saudi Arabia's defense. Has the [09:42] Muslim conquest of Europe already began? [09:45] And has France already fallen? An [09:47] artificial intelligence video circulated [09:49] overnight is causing an uproar in [09:52] France. It supposedly shows Palestinian [09:54] and Jordanian flags flying from the top [09:56] of the Eiffel Tower. The video is fake, [09:59] but it illustrates the fears surrounding [10:01] Islamization and religious extremism and [10:04] radicalization in the heart of Europe. [10:07] Last May, activists did un did unfurl a [10:10] Palestinian flag on the tower's first [10:13] level and six people were arrested. [10:15] Palestinian flags have also appeared in [10:17] some footage of the current unrest [10:20] alongside scenes of rioting and looting. [10:22] But the reality on the streets is more [10:24] disturbing than any artificial [10:26] intelligence video. The historic city [10:28] hall in Limoj, which survived two world [10:30] wars, was set on fire and its tower [10:33] collapsed. In Paris, Marseilles and [10:36] Leon, shops were looted, police officers [10:38] were attacked, and public buildings were [10:40] set ablaze. Now, according to the latest [10:42] figures, more than 2500 people have been [10:45] arrested, 997 members of the country, [10:50] security forces have been injured and at [10:52] least,500 businesses have been damaged. [10:55] McCo is accusing far-left groups and [10:57] criminals of attempting to undermine the [10:59] French Republic. But here in Israel, we [11:02] also know the threat posed by extremist [11:04] Islamist organizations and the question [11:07] in which of these groups are actually [11:09] involved in the violence in France. Jean [11:12] Luke Melen joined the demonstrations and [11:15] his political opponents are accusing him [11:17] of exploiting the violence for political [11:19] purposes. The interior minister admitted [11:22] that despite deploying 60,000 police [11:25] officers, authorities lost control in [11:27] certain areas. The president approved uh [11:30] restrictions on gatherings but stopped [11:33] short of declaring a state of national [11:34] emergency. President Trump is already [11:36] blaming mass immigration and [11:38] Islamization across Europe's political [11:41] right. Leaders are warning of possible [11:44] links between far-left movements and [11:46] Islamist elements. However, there's no [11:49] evidence that the riots constitute an [11:51] organized Muslim uprising. The protests [11:53] began over the cost of living and [11:55] problems within the education system. [11:57] And what about Italy? More than 200 [12:00] people were detained in Milan following [12:02] looting around the Duomo and Prime [12:04] Minister Geo Jalone convened an [12:06] emergency meeting. In Belgium, 150 [12:09] people were arrested following riots in [12:11] Brussels. Can European governments [12:14] regain control of their streets? Or is [12:16] the continent facing an even greater [12:18] wave of violence? And coming up, we'll [12:21] also take a closer look at the [12:22] elimination of senior kamas terrorist [12:25] operatives. I'm Ati Shashani joined by [12:27] Ashley Alex and here on Boots on the [12:30] Ground, we bring you the full truth [12:31] about what's happening in Israel and the [12:33] war against Iran's revolutionary guards, [12:36] the driving force behind the Middle East [12:38] axis of evil. Now, before I begin, I [12:41] want to encourage you to keep spreading [12:42] the truth. Share our content with as [12:44] many people as possible. Hit that [12:46] subscribe button and most importantly, [12:47] don't forget to follow me, Mati [12:49] Shashani, along with Yaya Pinto on [12:51] social media so you can see through our [12:53] eyes what it's like to live in Israel [12:55] during war. Now, for families in [12:59] northern Israel, rebuilding after war [13:02] isn't something that happens overnight. [13:04] Homes can be repaired, roads can be [13:06] reopened, but bringing life back to [13:09] communities that have suffered so much [13:11] takes time, commitment, and people who [13:13] care. That's where you come in. Through [13:16] TBN's Rebuild Israel campaign, we're [13:18] helping bring new life to Israel's [13:20] northern border by planting an apple [13:22] orchard in an area deeply affected by [13:24] the war. But this is about so much more [13:27] than planting trees. It's about creating [13:29] jobs, supporting local families, [13:31] restoring the land, and helping [13:33] communities build a stronger future. And [13:35] for those of us who believe in God's [13:36] promises to Israel, there's something [13:39] especially meaningful about seeing this [13:41] land bloom again. Every tree planted is [13:44] an investment in the future. Every [13:46] donation is a a reminder to the people [13:49] living here that they haven't been [13:51] forgotten. You can be part of that [13:53] story. Visit tbn.org/rebuild [13:56] Israel today or call 800 8047895 [14:00] and help us bring new life to Israel's [14:02] north. Rebuild the land, restore the [14:05] hope, and bless the future. [14:08] Now, back to the news. An oil tanker has [14:13] exploded after reportedly striking a [14:15] naval mine in the straight of Hummus. [14:18] Iran's revolutionary guards say the [14:20] explosion caused a fire inside the [14:22] vessel's engine room after the ship [14:24] attempted to leave the waterway through [14:26] an unauthorized route. And this is [14:28] what's happening while Washington and [14:30] Thran are discussing a possible [14:31] agreement to reopen the strait. So why [14:34] is Iran threatening another military [14:36] confrontation while offering to [14:38] negotiate? The United States says its [14:40] naval blockade has already deprived [14:42] Thran of billions of dollars. Iran is [14:45] warning that the next war could reach [14:47] American bases in Europe and Israel is [14:50] watching a dangerous debate unfold [14:52] inside the Iranian leadership over [14:55] whether to launch another attack. Ashley [14:57] Alex joins us now with the latest [14:59] developments and what these escalating [15:02] threats could mean for the entire Middle [15:04] East. [15:05] >> Thanks, Matty. The latest explosion in [15:08] the Strait of Hums to a series of [15:10] dangerous incidents involving commercial [15:13] vessels. Iran's Revolutionary Guard Navy [15:16] claims the tanker had switched off its [15:18] GPS, radar, and identification systems [15:22] before attempting to pass through the [15:24] waters Thran considers restricted. An [15:27] explosion reportedly struck the engine [15:29] room and started a fire. Iranian [15:32] authorities have not identified the [15:34] vessel or confirmed how many crew [15:36] members were abroad. The full [15:38] circumstances have not been [15:40] independently verified. [15:42] Over the weekend, the Revolutionary [15:44] Guards reported similar incidents [15:46] involving two super tankers, each [15:48] carrying approximately 2 million barrels [15:51] of crude oil. Both were reportedly [15:54] damaged by naval mines. Other commercial [15:56] vessels have also come under attack. A [15:59] tugboat was struck by unidentified [16:01] projectiles northeast of the United Arab [16:04] Emirates. Another vessel reportedly came [16:06] under fire from a small boat near Yemen. [16:10] American military officials say Iranian [16:12] attacks have killed more than 20 [16:14] civilian marinas since February. But [16:17] there's another side to this [16:18] confrontation. Admiral Brad Cooper, [16:21] commander of US Central Command, says [16:23] American forces and regional partners [16:26] now control maritime access through Hum. [16:29] According to Cooper, approximately 400 [16:31] commercial vessels passed through the [16:33] street during the previous week. [16:36] American forces also helped facilitate [16:37] the movement of more than 100 million [16:40] barrels of oil during that period. [16:43] Kooper says the American naval blockade [16:45] has prevented Iran from exporting at [16:47] least $25 billion worth of crude oil. [16:51] Another $350 million in Iranian [16:54] cryptocurrency assets have been frozen. [16:57] More than 50,000 American military [16:59] personnel remain deployed across the [17:01] Middle East and the financial [17:03] consequences inside Iran are becoming [17:06] increasingly serious. [17:08] Cooper claims that the Iranian [17:09] government is delaying salaries and [17:11] pensions, including payments to members [17:13] of the Revolutionary Guards. Some [17:16] Iranian-backed militias are reportedly [17:18] transferring funds back to Thran rather [17:20] than receiving their usual financial [17:22] support. That would represent a [17:25] remarkable reversal for organizations [17:27] that have depended on Iranian financing [17:29] for years. The pressure helps explain [17:32] why Thran has returned to the [17:34] negotiating table. Iranian foreign [17:37] minister Abbasaraji says an existing [17:39] proposal to reopen the street of Hormuz [17:42] within 7 days remains available. In [17:45] exchange, Thran wants Washington to lift [17:48] its blockade of Iranian ports, ease [17:50] restrictions on Iranian oil exports, [17:53] release frozen assets, and end regional [17:56] hostilities. But there's a major [17:58] obstacle. The Trump administration wants [18:01] any meaningful agreement to address [18:03] Iran's nuclear program. Vice President [18:06] JD Vance has emphasized that Washington [18:08] expects significant restrictions on [18:10] Iran's uranium enrichment capabilities. [18:13] Iran wants immediate economic relief [18:15] before making those concessions and so [18:18] far neither side has accepted the others [18:21] central demands. The economic pressure [18:23] is reaching far beyond the Persian Gulf. [18:26] Brent crude recently approached $110 per [18:30] barrel, closing Friday at $19.86. [18:34] 86. [18:36] American crude closed at $1141. [18:43] Even if Tyran announces that Homo is [18:47] reopening, commercial shipping cannot [18:49] immediately return to normal. Ship [18:51] owners must be confident that mines have [18:54] been cleared, crews can travel safely, [18:57] and vessels will not suddenly face [18:58] another attack. The problem becomes even [19:01] more serious when we look at Saudi [19:03] Arabia. Iranbacked Houthi forces in [19:06] Yemen have continued attacks against [19:08] Saudi territory, threatening the [19:10] kingdom's oil infrastructure and [19:12] alternative export routes. Saudi forces [19:16] reported intercepting missiles over the [19:18] Red Sea, including one directed toward [19:20] the oil export terminal at Yamboo. [19:23] Drones were also intercepted around [19:25] Riyad and southern Saudi Arabia. An [19:28] Aramco administrative building in Daran [19:31] was damaged during another attack in [19:34] Nadran. Six Saudi civilians were injured [19:36] with damage reported to three houses and [19:38] three vehicles. Egypt has now indicated [19:41] that it is prepared to help Saudi Arabia [19:44] defend itself against the growing Kouthy [19:46] threat. For international energy [19:48] markets, the danger is straightforward. [19:51] The Persian Gulf remains unstable and [19:53] the alternative route through the Red [19:55] Sea is also exposed to missile and drone [19:57] attacks. Inside Thran, the leadership is [20:00] facing a critical decision. Accounts [20:03] from within Iran describe a disagreement [20:06] over the next military operation. [20:08] Hardliners within the Revolutionary [20:10] Guard are reportedly pushing for a [20:12] direct attack against Israel despite [20:15] understanding that Israel could respond [20:17] with overwhelming force. Some Iranian [20:20] officials reportedly believe a major [20:21] Israeli response could generate [20:23] international condemnation and increase [20:26] pressure on Jerusalem. [20:28] Other officials favor striking regional [20:30] energy infrastructure instead. The [20:32] United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and [20:34] critical oil facilities in Iraq have [20:37] reportedly been discussed as potential [20:39] targets. Such attacks could push energy [20:42] prices higher and increase political [20:44] pressure on Washington before the [20:46] American midterm elections. [20:48] No final Iranian decision has been [20:50] publicly confirmed. Meanwhile, the [20:53] threats themselves are becoming more [20:55] specific. Revolutionary Guard spokesman [20:57] Hussein Mahibi warned that an attack [21:01] on Iranian energy installations would [21:04] bring devastating consequences for [21:06] Israel. He claimed Iran could rebuild [21:08] its damaged infrastructure quickly while [21:10] threatening to turn Israeli territory [21:12] into scorched earth and force Israelis [21:15] toward the Sinai desert. Iranian [21:18] military commanders have also threatened [21:20] American facilities, undersea [21:22] communications cables, data centers [21:24] supporting artificial intelligence, and [21:26] energy installations across the region. [21:29] Mosen Razi, a senior Iranian security [21:32] official, claims Iran has prepared a new [21:35] operational plan more destructive than [21:37] its previous conflicts. Reports from [21:39] Iranian military exercises describe [21:41] approximately 30 ballistic missile [21:43] launches during a recent drill, although [21:46] those figures have not been [21:47] independently confirmed. There are even [21:50] concerns about American bases in Europe. [21:53] Military analysis have identified [21:55] facilities in Britain and the major US [21:57] logistics installation at Rammstein in [22:00] Germany as possible targets in an [22:02] extreme escalation scenario. That does [22:05] not mean Iran has decided to attack [22:07] Europe. It does mean American planners [22:10] must consider threats extending well [22:12] beyond Israel and the Gulf. Iran has [22:15] also appointed a new defense minister. [22:17] Mdad Aklaki Katabi received 2 and 37 [22:22] parliamentary votes in favor of his [22:25] appointment. He previously held senior [22:28] positions in Iran's aerospace and [22:29] missile industries and has been [22:31] subjected to international sanctions for [22:34] his involvement in those programs. He [22:37] replaces Aziz Nazir Zade who was killed [22:40] during the opening American and Israeli [22:42] strikes on February 28th. Katabi has [22:45] promised to rebuild Iran's defense [22:47] industry, increase weapons production, [22:50] and accelerate military technology [22:52] development. He also warned that another [22:55] American attack would provoke a response [22:57] he described as surprising and [23:00] extensive. [23:01] Washington is considering its own [23:03] military options. American planners have [23:06] reportedly examined operations involving [23:08] the GBU43B, [23:10] commonly known as the mother of all [23:12] bombs. This enormous conventional weapon [23:15] is designed to produce a massive [23:17] explosive blast over a broad area. It's [23:21] not the same as a specialized weapon [23:23] designed to penetrate deeply buried [23:24] bunkers. There is no confirmed [23:26] presidential order to use it against [23:28] Iran. [23:30] Before we continue, if you want to [23:32] understand what is happening in Israel [23:34] and across the Middle East, help us make [23:36] sure these reports reach more people. [23:39] Like this video, share it with someone [23:41] who needs to understand this conflict, [23:43] and subscribe to Boots on the Ground. [23:46] Since October 7th, you have followed us [23:48] from Gaza, the Israel Lebanon border, [23:51] and the front lines of this war. You [23:53] prayed for us and our families through [23:56] some of the hardest days we've ever [23:57] faced. Those prayers have meant more to [24:00] us than you can imagine. Through this [24:02] journey, we've seen God carry us through [24:05] extraordinary challenges. And we've [24:07] witnessed miracles that remind us of his [24:09] faithfulness. [24:10] Y Pinto tells that story in his new [24:13] book, Boots on the Ground. [24:27] Now, back to the developments that could [24:29] determine what happens next. President [24:32] Donald Trump has delivered one of his [24:34] strongest political endorsements of [24:36] Benjamin Netanyahu just ahead of [24:38] Israel's October 27th election. Trump [24:42] described Netanyahu as a great wartime [24:44] leader and an essential partner in [24:46] confronting Iran. But his message went [24:49] considerably further than a conventional [24:51] election endorsement. Trump warned that [24:54] if Israel elected a different leader, [24:56] the United States might have to complete [24:58] the remaining work against Iran on its [25:00] own. Netanyahu welcomed the endorsement [25:03] and acknowledged that despite the damage [25:05] already inflicted on Iran's military and [25:08] nuclear capabilities, the two countries [25:10] still have unfinished business. Iran's [25:13] foreign minister responded with a direct [25:15] warning. Arachi claimed that Iran had [25:18] emerged stronger from the previous [25:20] confrontation and told Netanyahu to be [25:23] careful because Tyran also had [25:25] unfinished business. He accused [25:27] Netanyahu of attempting to drag America [25:29] into another war for personal political [25:32] reasons. The exchange demonstrates how [25:35] closely the military confrontation has [25:37] become connected to domestic politics. [25:41] Iranian officials are reportedly [25:42] considering whether a change of [25:44] government in Israel might reduce the [25:46] likelihood of renewed attacks. In [25:49] Washington, Trump faces his own [25:51] political deadline with American midterm [25:53] elections scheduled for November 3rd. [25:56] That pressure is influencing another [25:58] important relationship, America's [26:00] dealings with Russia. Trump says Russia [26:04] is currently doing very little to help [26:06] Iran compared with what Moscow could [26:08] potentially provide. He argues that [26:10] preserving this situation is one reason [26:13] to avoid actions that might drive [26:15] Vladimir Putin away from negotiations [26:18] over Ukraine. However, American [26:21] intelligence assessments have reportedly [26:23] identified Russian and Chinese [26:25] assistance to Iran, including targeting [26:28] information and military components. [26:30] Trump's assessment remains disputed. At [26:33] the same time, Trump has criticized [26:35] Ukrainian strikes against Russian [26:37] refineries, arguing that they are [26:39] contributing to rising global diesel [26:41] prices. Ukraine recently resumed major [26:45] attacks against Russian energy [26:46] infrastructure, including an operation [26:49] involving more than 1,000 drones. [26:52] President Voldemir Zalinski [26:54] argues that relaxing pressure on Moscow, [26:57] rewards Russian aggression. Putin has [27:00] reportedly proposed a meeting involving [27:01] himself, Trump and Chinese President [27:04] Xiah Ping. All these developments are [27:07] connected by the growing pressure on [27:09] energy markets and by Washington's [27:11] attempt to manage several conflicts [27:13] simultaneously [27:15] and that economic pressure is now being [27:18] felt violently in Europe. France has [27:21] experienced some of its worst civil [27:23] unrest in years. What began with [27:26] protests by students over deteriorating [27:28] schools and rising living costs expanded [27:32] into nationwide demonstrations involving [27:35] trade unions, farmers, left-wing [27:38] activists, and members of the yellow [27:40] vest movement. Approximately 550,000 [27:43] people joined the demonstrations, but [27:46] parts of the protest descended into [27:49] organized vandalism, looting, and direct [27:51] confrontations with police. More than [27:54] 2500 people have now been arrested. [27:58] French authorities report 997 injured [28:01] security personnel, seven seriously. In [28:05] Limarage, a historic city hall building [28:08] dating back to 1883 was set on fire and [28:11] largely destroyed. In Paris, shops were [28:14] looted around Plasta Public. Violence [28:18] also spread through Marseilles, Leon, [28:21] Bordeaux and other cities. More than [28:24] 1,500 businesses were reportedly [28:26] damaged. Caraphor alone reported 50 [28:29] affected stores, including 19 that were [28:32] looted. President Emanuel McCon has [28:35] acknowledged serious failures in police [28:38] planning and intelligence. [28:40] Approximately 60,000 officers were [28:42] deployed, but Interior Minister Leon [28:45] Nunez admitted that security forces lost [28:48] control in certain areas. Nunez offered [28:51] his resignation. Mcron refused seeing [28:54] the country needed continuity in its [28:57] security command. The political [28:59] consequences are already emerging. [29:02] Far-left leader Jeanluke Malanchon has [29:05] aligned himself with the broader protest [29:07] movement and criticized the government's [29:09] handling of the crisis. He denies that [29:12] his supporters are responsible for the [29:14] looting. Marin Lanpern has accused the [29:17] radical left of encouraging a political [29:19] climate in which violence becomes [29:21] acceptable. [29:23] Macron has promised punishment for those [29:25] who attacked public institutions and [29:28] businesses while acknowledging the [29:29] legitimate grievances of peaceful [29:32] demonstrators. [29:33] The financial consequences are also [29:36] immediate. French government borrowing [29:38] costs have risen and investors are [29:40] increasingly concerned about the [29:42] country's deficit and political [29:44] instability. [29:46] Italy has witnessed similar scenes in [29:48] Milan. Mass youth smash shop windows [29:51] around Piaza del Duomo and looted [29:53] retailers including foot locker Levis [29:56] under arour dathlon and caraphor. More [30:00] than 200 young people were detained for [30:02] questioning or identification. [30:05] Approximately 80% were minors. Police [30:08] used tear gas and water cannons while [30:11] Prime Minister Georgia Maloney called an [30:13] emergency security meeting. One [30:16] disturbing image from France has also [30:18] attracted enormous attention online. A [30:21] video appears to show Palestinian and [30:23] Jordanian flags flying from the top of [30:26] the Eiffel Tower. The video is generated [30:29] by artificial intelligence. That event [30:32] did not happen. However, six activists [30:34] were arrested in May after a real [30:37] Palestinian flag was displayed from the [30:39] tower's first floor. During the recent [30:41] unrest, Palestinian flags have also [30:44] appeared among some demonstrators. [30:46] Trump has blamed uncontrolled [30:48] immigration and radical Islam for [30:51] France's crisis. [30:53] Those accusations have intensified the [30:55] debate over integration, [30:57] extremism, and public security. Yet the [31:01] participation of radical activists or [31:03] individuals carrying Palestinian flags [31:05] does not establish that the entire [31:07] protest movement is an organized [31:09] Islamist uprising. What is confirmed is [31:13] that political polarization, economic [31:15] hardship, and violent groups have [31:18] created a major security crisis for the [31:21] French government. And the war over [31:23] Iran, which has helped push energy [31:25] prices higher, is making those existing [31:28] tensions even harder to contain. [31:31] Matty, back to you, where today's [31:34] military developments reveal another [31:36] important part of this confrontation. [31:40] >> Thank you, Ashley. And here in Israel, [31:43] our military continues to operate [31:44] against efforts by Kamas to rebuild its [31:47] forces in Gaza. The IDF has confirmed [31:49] the elimination of three Hamas [31:51] operatives in separate air strikes in [31:53] northern Gaza over the weekend. In the [31:56] Daraj Tuf area, Israeli aircraft [31:58] targeted Abdullah Muhammad Kamir Jabil, [32:01] who was involved in producing weapons in [32:03] restoring Kamas's manufacturing [32:05] capabilities. Another strike in the same [32:07] area eliminated Majid Ahmed Mustafa [32:10] Sabag, a Kamas cell commander. And in [32:13] Jabalia, Israeli forces eliminated Amir [32:17] Bashir Muhammad Hurani, a member of [32:20] Hamas's engineering battalion. The IDF [32:24] says these operatives were involved in [32:26] preparing attacks and rebuilding [32:27] military capabilities in violation of [32:29] the ceasefire. There's another [32:31] development worth watching here in [32:33] Israel. Prime Minister Natanyao has [32:35] invited Palmer Lucky, founder of the [32:37] American defense technology company [32:38] Anderil, to discuss autonomous systems [32:41] capable of moving through the ground [32:43] itself. The concept does or goes beyond [32:46] sending robots into existing tunnels. It [32:49] involves developing machines that could [32:51] potentially travel through underground [32:52] terrain to reach concealed targets. [32:55] Anderil is already developing advanced [32:57] unmanned aircraft, autonomous [32:59] interceptors, and artificial [33:00] intelligence systems that combine [33:02] battlefield information for multiple [33:04] sensors. Lucky has said his company [33:06] possesses working prototypes related to [33:09] underground operations, but there's no [33:11] confirmation that such systems are ready [33:13] for Israeli combat deployment. Israel's [33:16] interest is understandable after years [33:19] of fighting Kamas tunnels [33:21] underground infrastructure and Iran's [33:24] fortified military facilities from naval [33:27] mines and humus to missile threats [33:29] against Israel and the development of [33:31] underground weapons, the military [33:33] confrontation is moving into [33:34] increasingly dangerous territory. Will [33:37] diplomacy prevent another round of [33:38] fighting? Or will one attack trigger an [33:40] escalation that reaches far beyond the [33:43] Middle East?
