Transcript [00:00] You know folks, Americans rely on credit [00:01] cards for secure payments and seamless [00:04] transactions, but consumers stand to [00:05] lose it all with the Durban Marshall [00:07] credit card mandate bill. Big government [00:09] mandates favor corporate mega stores and [00:11] allow them to choose how your credit [00:13] card is processed. They might end up [00:14] using untested payment networks that [00:16] could jeopardize your data security and [00:18] rewards. Tell Congress to guard your [00:21] card because Americans lose when [00:22] politicians choose. Visit [00:24] guardyoucard.com to learn more. That's [00:26] guardyoucard.com. [00:28] Paid for by the electronic payments [00:30] coalition. [00:31] >> He's here. He's here. [music] [00:34] Now broadcasting from the underground [00:37] command post deep in the boughels of a [00:39] hidden bunker somewhere under the brick [00:42] and steel of a nondescript building. [00:44] We've once again made contact with our [00:46] leader, Mark. Love them. [music] [00:56] [music] [01:02] [music] [01:08] [music] [01:10] Heat up [01:13] >> [music] [01:25] [music] [01:31] >> here. [01:41] >> [music] [01:52] [music] [01:57] [music] [01:59] [bell] [02:04] >> Hello America, Mark Leav. in here our [02:06] number 877381 [02:09] 3811 877-3813811. [02:16] We are going to continue to use this [02:18] platform [02:20] which reaches every corner of this [02:21] country really every corner of the world [02:23] where there's not blocking taking place [02:28] to turn out our vote to make the mission [02:31] clear. We do this every election cycle. [02:34] And by God, we're going to do it now [02:35] more than ever. And that's what we're [02:38] doing. [02:40] Win, lose, or draw. [02:43] That's what we do. [02:45] The polls cannot determine for us how [02:48] we're going to vote. Surveys aren't. [02:51] Commentators, experts. We've been [02:53] through it before. Now, we can be [02:55] entertained by some of this, [02:58] but in the end, it's you, Mr. and Mrs. [03:01] America who are going to decide the fate [03:03] of this country. [03:05] You, [03:08] by the way, you're not going to want to [03:09] miss my Saturday Life, Liberty, and [03:11] Levin. [03:13] It's going to be very, very powerful. [03:15] 8:00 p.m. Eastern time. I hope you'll [03:17] set your DVR, whatever recording device [03:19] you have. I don't know the name of all [03:22] of them or the name of any of them. I [03:24] don't even know if they have names. [03:27] And so in that vein, [03:30] you can see that we've gone from it's [03:32] going to be a blue wave landslide. [03:35] They're going to take the Senate and the [03:36] House. I was just a few weeks ago to now [03:39] the so-called experts are hedging their [03:41] bets on the Senate. Some are even a [03:44] little hedging on the House. [03:47] And our position is crush them. You have [03:51] to turn out. You where there's early [03:54] voting right now should be right at the [03:57] front of that line tomorrow and vote or [04:00] cast your ballot in whatever way you [04:02] can. [04:05] You [04:08] and [04:10] that's just the first step. You need to [04:12] make sure others who are of like mind, [04:15] friends, family, social circles, church, [04:17] synagogue, wherever you are, [04:21] you [04:23] have to take [04:25] some effort as sort of a an independent [04:28] precinct worker to get a few more votes [04:30] out. That's all, [04:32] a few more votes. Here's Harry Anon, the [04:35] legal analyst at CNN today. [04:39] You can see he's starting to hedge his [04:40] bets. Cut eight. Go. [04:42] >> I I need the history here cuz so how how [04:45] have polls with Democrats leading Trump? [04:47] >> Yeah. [04:48] >> One in Trump won states, how have they [04:50] per performed normally? [04:52] >> Okay. So, I know a lot of our viewers I [04:54] get this question perhaps more than any [04:56] other question which is can we trust the [04:59] polls? We feel like we've seen this song [05:02] or we've seen this dance before. We've [05:03] heard this song before. And you know [05:05] what? There is reason to be cautious. [05:07] There is reason to be cautious. [05:08] >> Trust no one. [05:09] >> Trust no one. Trust no one. Trust me and [05:11] trust my mother. She was a great doctor. [05:13] That's what I'm talking about here. [05:14] There is a reason why you should in fact [05:16] be nervous if you're a Democrat and [05:18] perhaps be, you know, there's some [05:19] reason for a little excitement if you're [05:21] a Republican. GOP outperformed the final [05:23] Senate poll averages. I want you to look [05:25] by the states prior presidential result. [05:27] Airgo blue states, the states that Trump [05:29] lost, and then the red states that Trump [05:31] won. Look at this. The GOP is far more [05:35] likely to outperform their final Senate [05:37] poll averages by 4.1 points in the [05:39] states that Trump won. And we know in [05:42] this election cycle, Kate, that the [05:44] Democrats need to win in a lot of Trump [05:47] states in order to win control of the [05:49] Senate. And not just Trump states, but [05:51] states that Trump won by double digits [05:53] back in 2024. So you see this 4.1. If [05:56] this was fought in blue states, we [05:58] really have not seen that Republicans [05:59] outperform their polls in the blue [06:01] states. It's really concentrating in the [06:03] red states. We saw it in 2018. We saw it [06:05] in 2020. We saw it in 2022. We saw it in [06:08] 2024 as well. [06:10] >> What's the term for this? Democratic [06:12] overestimation or Republican [06:14] underestimation? [06:15] >> That is the great question. I'm not [06:17] >> What do you think? [06:18] >> I tend to think that what's probably [06:20] going on is there are some Republican [06:21] voters who are simply put not getting [06:23] picked up by the polls. [06:25] >> So then what does it mean for the [06:26] Senate? [06:26] >> And what does it mean for the Senate? [06:28] That is, I think, the key question. If [06:29] in fact in if we have the 2026 Senate [06:32] map, but you take the polling averages [06:35] and then you say that hey the [06:37] Republicans will outrun the polling [06:39] averages by 4.1 points in the states [06:41] that Trump won. Look at this. This is I [06:42] think the key nugget. Republicans would [06:44] maintain control of the Senate with some [06:46] room to spare 52 to 48 because they [06:49] would win in Michigan, right? They'd [06:50] hold on to Ohio. They would hold on to [06:53] Texas. They would hold I'm coming to [06:54] Kate's side of the board. They'd hold on [06:55] to Alaska. Yeah. [06:57] >> Again, come back to my side of the [06:58] board. So the bottom line is this. Yes, [07:01] Democrats are ahead right now. If the [07:02] polling averages end up being the [07:04] result, Democrats win control of the [07:05] Senate. If we have the same average bias [07:07] we've had in the past, well, I don't [07:09] know. [07:12] So, what did we learn from that, Mr. [07:14] Producer? Absolutely nothing [07:17] except he's hedging his bets now. [07:21] Interesting. [07:23] Interesting. [07:25] cut 18 [07:28] Harry Anton [07:30] data analyst CNN last week go [07:34] >> Republican voting patterns from MAGA GOP [07:36] I mean in the 2024 election Trump won [07:39] 99% of MAGA voters look at this for 2026 [07:43] the congressional vote Republicans [07:45] getting 99%. So the MAGA base is [07:48] sticking [07:50] with Republicans going into the [07:51] midterms. [07:53] So you see these woke Reich types [07:57] who are trying to destroy conservatism, [07:59] trying to destroy the Republican party [08:00] and claim that they are real MAGA. [08:03] Ladies and gentlemen, they're [08:04] irrelevant. [08:07] 99% [08:09] 99%. [08:11] Now, we need more than MAGA, obviously, [08:13] but that is key to understand. [08:17] The MAGA base is the Tea Party base. [08:20] It's the traditional conservative base. [08:22] That's who we are. That's what we are. [08:25] Whether people want to hear it or not is [08:27] their problem. [08:29] Steve Cornaki of the Today Show NBC [08:32] yesterday, what did he have to say? [08:34] Another legal analyst, excuse me, data [08:36] analyst. Cut 17. Go 1.2, 1.1, 0.5. So, [08:42] they are leads for Democrats, but they [08:44] are tenuous as well. [08:45] >> I mean, these are states that Trump won [08:47] by double digits two years ago. And if [08:49] there's anything about the Trump era [08:50] that we know, it's that polling often [08:52] underounts these Republican Trump [08:55] voters. [08:55] >> That's right. I mean, look, Republicans [08:57] in the Trump era have gotten used to [08:58] seeing polls like this in states like [09:00] this and saying, "Got them just where we [09:02] want them." Because we've seen it in [09:03] places Ohio, Iowa come to mind. Even you [09:06] could go back. There was a Senate race [09:08] in Kansas in 2020. Polls looked really [09:10] promising for the Democrats. Republican [09:12] ended up winning by double digits. So [09:14] that Trump votes been missed before. [09:16] Doesn't always show up. a lot of [09:17] theories why, but if that happens again, [09:19] these numbers can change in a hurry. [09:21] >> What also is interesting is you talked [09:22] about the blue states. Let's go back to [09:24] these are Democratic seats that the [09:25] Democrats must hold on to and they're [09:28] showing pretty tight races as well. [09:30] >> I mean, check this out. Michigan Abdul [09:32] Elsad, the Democratic nominee, he leads [09:34] in the polls basically by about three [09:36] points. Very close right there. And the [09:38] thing to keep in mind, Elsad, when he [09:39] won the Democratic primary this summer, [09:42] polls had him up by about, you know, 10 [09:43] points or so. He ended up winning by a [09:46] fraction of a point. The polls [09:48] overstated his support in the primary. [09:50] If that happens again here, that three [09:52] could disappear. [09:53] >> And an eye on blue, Minnesota. [09:55] >> Minnesota of all places. [09:56] >> We're going to have an interesting [09:57] election night. [10:00] >> We will. [10:03] We will. We'll see how it goes. [10:08] I have to laugh, Mr. Producer, because [10:10] we have an enormous audience all over [10:12] the country. [10:15] And you folks have families and you talk [10:17] to them as well. [10:19] We are a get out the vote machine here [10:21] on the Mark Levin Show. Doesn't mean we [10:23] win. [10:25] Certainly doesn't mean we win all the [10:26] time, but we do better than most [10:29] anticipate. And if it's a blowout [10:31] election, it's a blowout election. If [10:33] it's a overwhelming victory, it's an [10:34] overwhelming victory. One house or the [10:36] other, both houses. [10:39] But we do our part. [10:42] We do our part and we're going to [10:44] continue to do our part right up into [10:49] election night all over the country. [10:52] I'll be right back. M love in. [11:10] Hello America. [11:14] Well, we our government, our [11:17] administration has put out the word to [11:19] our embassies in the Arab states [11:22] in the Middle East [11:25] to strip down the number of personnel [11:27] there. [11:30] There was also that meeting the other [11:32] day between the Secretary of War Hegsith [11:35] and the Prime Minister of Israel, [11:36] Netanyahu. [11:38] Apparently, it was a long meeting. [11:42] The Israeli Air Force, the jets have [11:45] been flying into both Syria and Iraqi [11:47] airspace right up to the line, right up [11:50] to the border of Iran, [11:52] obviously testing [11:56] testing the situation and confusing the [11:58] Iranians who are on high alert now as to [12:01] whether anything will happen or not [12:03] happen. [12:07] We've also sent a third carrier. [12:11] Third carrier means additional support [12:13] ships as well. [12:17] So something is stirring. There's no [12:19] question about it. [12:21] As I read these various reports, you [12:23] can't trust them all because almost [12:24] every single one of them is based on [12:26] anonymous sources. And the media have [12:28] lost all credibility. The media have [12:30] lost all standards, all professional [12:32] standards. So you try and figure it out. [12:37] Apparently, they are moving [12:40] certain types of equipment or [12:44] uranium or whatever it is [12:48] to u to hardened locations or their [12:51] hardening locations. [12:54] In other words, they're not giving up. [12:56] As I've told you over and over and over [12:58] again, as I've told the administration [13:00] over and over again on my various shows, [13:04] they're not going to surrender. They're [13:06] not going to stop. They can't. [13:10] They can't because they believe God has [13:14] told them to get nuclear weapons and [13:16] blow us off the face of the earth. [13:19] And why we can't get our heads around [13:21] this, why the Democrats and the woke [13:24] neofascist, the isolationists can't get [13:27] their heads around it is beside the [13:29] point. We have to protect ourselves and [13:32] our families and our country [13:35] despite the fact that these people are [13:37] undermining us every step of the way. [13:39] And they certainly are. Every single [13:41] step of the way. [13:44] You know, even in the [13:48] you know, private [13:50] private actions of the Islamists, even [13:53] in the private actions, [13:55] they prove who they are and what they [13:56] will do. [13:59] The mothership is in Thran. [14:03] The Muslim Brotherhood, well, it's [14:05] mostly based in Egypt. That's where it [14:07] got its birth, but is heavily funded and [14:10] supported by Qatar, a very evil regime. [14:16] The mother Muslim Brotherhood spawned [14:19] al-Qaeda. It spawned Hamas. It spawned [14:23] Islamic jihad. [14:25] It has spawned an enormous number of [14:28] these terrorist organizations, including [14:30] those who are in our country. As I said, [14:33] it spawned Hamas and Hamas spawned care. [14:35] CARE is right in our country. It's [14:37] operating in every every community, [14:39] every state. It works with the [14:42] Democrats. Chris Van Golland went to a [14:45] event there. They won't release the [14:47] transcript of what he said, so it must [14:49] have been awful. There's a top Democrat [14:52] in the Senate and they're giving him [14:54] awards. [14:56] The Muslim Brotherhood has not been [14:58] banned in our country. I have no idea [15:00] why. Banned. Removed. Care has not been [15:04] banned in our country. Removed. I have [15:06] no idea why. None. [15:11] But Elon Musk [15:13] was on a p a podcast yesterday and he [15:16] explained something that occurred in his [15:17] company and then afterwards [15:20] which gives you the mindset and the [15:22] casualties that result from this cut to [15:25] go. If if someone is [15:28] you know an a religious extremist [15:31] um where they view anyone who is not in [15:34] their religion um as the enemy or or you [15:37] know uh that those who are not in their [15:40] religion should die. It's difficult for [15:42] you to to to understand that that [15:44] mindset because you don't have that [15:46] mindset. But you can obviously recognize [15:48] there are people who do have that [15:50] mindset and that if you let them into [15:52] the country uh they will kill people. [15:55] Let me give you an example. Uh there's [15:58] many. Um we had uh someone who was [16:01] working at the Tesla factory in Austin [16:04] until December of last year. Um he was [16:07] fired um because uh he assaulted a woman [16:12] who stepped on his prayer rug in the [16:14] factory. Okay. So she was she wasn't [16:17] expecting anyone to be praying in the [16:20] factory and he was praying in the [16:21] factory. She accidentally stepped on his [16:22] prayer rug and he assaulted her. [16:24] violently assaulted her. Um, so he was [16:27] fired for that and then a few months [16:29] later he went and killed three students [16:32] in the bar in downtown Austin. [16:36] >> Mhm. [16:39] Yep. [16:42] And how many of individuals like that [16:45] are in this country? A lot. [16:50] A whole lot. As a matter of fact, a lot. [16:55] It's just uh appalling. And you got some [16:57] of these guys are literally running for [16:59] office [17:01] like El Say running for office. [17:05] Here's an example [17:07] of of him. Um [17:11] cut seven when it comes to the second [17:13] amendment. Second amendment's in the [17:15] bill of rights. It is as every bit as [17:17] much uh import as the first and the [17:20] other amendments. [17:22] I'll have to continue this after the [17:23] break. We don't have time in this [17:24] segment, but you can see how his mindset [17:28] is to destroy the constitution. Look, [17:30] he's a Marxist Islamist. [17:33] So, he he borrows from uh from both [17:36] ideologies as do many, the purpose of [17:40] which is to destroy the country. And by [17:41] the way, this DSA, [17:43] this DSA papers have shown, internal [17:46] communications that they plan to have [17:49] violent protests in the streets sometime [17:53] after this election in November. [17:56] They're going to have to be put down and [17:57] put down hard. And if we can't just rely [18:01] on local police all the time, they got [18:03] to be backed up by the military. And we [18:06] have an insurrection act. And it's been [18:08] used by many presidents of both parties. [18:10] And that's going to have to be used this [18:12] time too if that takes place. Period. [18:14] I'll be right back. [18:21] Liberty's voice, Mark Lavven. [18:25] Talk with that voice now. 877381 [18:29] 3811. [18:32] When the framers wrote the Constitution [18:34] and subsequently added the Bill of [18:36] Rights, [18:39] do you think that they intended for that [18:41] to apply just during their lives? [18:46] Of course not. [18:50] Freedom of religion, freedom of speech, [18:52] freedom of the press, freedom of [18:53] association, [18:55] the right to bear arms. [18:59] >> [cough and clears throat] [19:00] >> Now, they don't really focus on the [19:01] Second Amendment the way they should. [19:04] They talked about state militias. Why [19:07] did they talk about state militias? [19:09] Well, so the states could defend [19:10] themselves from other states and maybe [19:11] even the federal government. But we're [19:14] not allowed to talk about that. [19:18] Warrants, due process, [19:22] goes on and on and on. Do you think the [19:25] framers were sitting there and just [19:27] thinking to themselves, "This is only [19:29] good for right now. [19:33] Of course not. [19:35] Of course not." [19:39] Now, the one of the great things about [19:41] our constitution is it sets out [19:43] principles. [19:45] It tries to provide enough details on [19:48] what each branch can do and cannot do. [19:53] But when it comes to the individual, the [19:55] individual's liberty, it does nothing to [19:58] attack it. It does nothing to molest the [20:00] individual. [20:03] All that stuff's left for the states, [20:05] [snorts] [20:07] not the federal government. [20:10] In fact, when those amendments were [20:12] originally passed, those 10 amendments, [20:14] which we call the Bill of Rights, [20:17] they didn't apply to the states. [20:19] [snorts] [20:21] Let me repeat it. They didn't apply to [20:22] the states. [20:25] The incorporation doctrine was invented [20:27] by the Supreme Court and they decided to [20:29] apply [20:31] some of the Bill of Rights, pretty much [20:32] all them, but some of them, to the [20:34] states. [20:38] Okay, fine. And that's the way it is. [20:40] But I'm just laying it out. [20:43] So when Al says what he says, as you're [20:45] going to hear him at an event yesterday, [20:47] you'll understand that he is a [20:50] constitutional illiterate. But here's [20:51] the truth. He doesn't believe anything [20:53] in the Constitution. [20:55] He doesn't believe anything in the [20:57] Declaration of Independence. How can he? [20:58] The Declaration [21:00] is fundamentally [21:03] based on [21:05] what? [21:07] Two things. [21:09] through Judeo-Christian [21:11] value system and the enlightenment. [21:14] Well, El Say is an Islamist. He doesn't [21:16] believe in Judaism or Christianity. He [21:19] doesn't believe those of you who are [21:20] Jews or Christians who pray even have a [21:23] right to pray [21:26] because God only listens to according to [21:29] them Muslims. And if you pray and you're [21:32] of no religion or a different religion, [21:34] they don't accept that either. This is [21:37] one of the [21:40] fine points of Sharia law. [21:44] So here he is on the second amendment. [21:47] Cut seven go. [21:48] >> I was aware of health of the [21:49] constitution. Constitution has a second [21:50] amendment in it. But the second [21:51] amendment just so we all are are clear. [21:54] Even the most conservative folks they [21:57] hue to this idea called originalism. And [22:00] originalism is the idea that you should [22:02] interpret the constitution in the [22:03] context in which the constitution was [22:05] written. [22:07] When they promised the right to bear [22:09] arms, they had musketss. [22:11] >> Okay, stop. [22:13] Where's musketss in the Constitution, [22:15] Mr. Producer? [22:18] Nowhere. [22:21] Nowhere. So, originalism, you would take [22:23] the Second Amendment. There are [22:24] different forms of originalism, but I [22:26] don't need to go there. And Justice Alto [22:28] wrote about this as well. But you take [22:30] the language of the Second Amendment [22:33] and what they meant at the time and you [22:35] apply it to today. Has nothing to do [22:36] with musketss. [22:38] Has to do with certain fundamental [22:40] rights. In this case, the right for you [22:42] to bear arms. Doesn't say what type of [22:45] arms, does it? So, he's just throwing in [22:48] musketss. [22:50] I mean, what do we do with the First [22:52] Amendment and and freedom of the press? [22:55] We didn't have television. We didn't [22:56] have radio. We certainly didn't have the [22:58] internet. Do those count? Well, of [23:02] course they count. Okay. [23:04] Is that originalism? Of course it's not [23:06] originalism. What's originalism is the [23:09] right to free speech. That's [23:10] originalism, [23:12] not the methodology for free speech. [23:15] Well, isn't that interesting? [23:17] So according to his logic which is [23:19] illogical according to him [23:23] the first amendment would only apply to [23:25] pamphleteers [23:27] and newspapers. [23:29] Not to broadcasting [23:31] no not to digital [23:34] the internet and so forth. Not the [23:36] podcasters. No. None of it. [23:39] It's an idiot. Go ahead. [23:42] >> Yeah. Everyone should have like equal [23:44] rights to a musky. [23:46] Got it? And then let's also ask about [23:49] why the second amendment was written and [23:50] what the bill of rights was intended to [23:52] do. The bill of rights was about a [23:54] compromise to protect people from [23:56] government tyranny under a constitution [23:58] because the people who had were voting [24:01] to ratify that constitution had just [24:02] lived under government tyranny from the [24:04] British. So the idea was that you had [24:06] the right to bear arms against your [24:08] government should they become [24:09] tyrannists. And the way that we enacted [24:12] that was in the the we we built, right, [24:15] the Coast Guard, right, and and and [24:18] state militias that are supposed to be [24:19] able to protect. Now, a lot of folks [24:22] want to [24:23] >> I don't even know what he means. The [24:24] Coast Guard and state militias that are [24:27] supposed to protect. What does that even [24:29] mean, Mr. Medusa? [24:32] [snorts] [24:33] >> Go ahead. [24:35] Constitution in the original term and [24:36] then want to interpret the Second [24:38] Amendment in the most extreme version [24:39] possible. And they they tell us that the [24:41] Constitution says that you can have any [24:43] gun for anyone anywhere at any time, [24:45] which is just not consistent with any [24:47] interpretation of the Constitution at [24:49] all. And so the question, [24:51] >> what is he talking about? [24:55] If you're going to take guns off the [24:57] table, you have to [25:00] overcome the burden. It's not the other [25:02] way around. [25:04] why, how, what's the legal basis and so [25:07] forth. [25:10] Now, I said before, because I'm honest [25:12] about this, because that's the truth, [25:16] those bill of rights, those those [25:19] amendments didn't apply to the states, [25:22] applied to the federal government. [25:25] Now, the second amendment has applied to [25:27] the states [25:29] via the Supreme Court through the [25:31] incorporation doctrine. The question is [25:34] the extent to which it applies to the [25:36] states [25:38] and that's why these cases go up to the [25:39] court and come back down and go up to [25:41] the court and come back down. [25:43] court's done a pretty good job in my [25:45] view [25:47] and recognizes a fundamental right to [25:49] bear arms and then you get into how many [25:52] arms, what kind of arms does this state [25:55] law passed violate the second amendment [25:57] and so forth and so on which is very [25:59] interesting because again I told you [26:01] that that amendment didn't apply to the [26:03] states originally [26:06] but it does now. [26:09] So this this mush head doesn't [26:11] understand any of this [26:14] any of it. [26:16] Go ahead. [26:18] >> Asking is are there some guns that are [26:20] built just to kill as many people as [26:22] possible? And do we really think that [26:24] those guns ought to be just publicly [26:26] available? [26:26] >> Well, they're not. Um [26:30] they're not. [26:32] Automatic weapons are not just publicly [26:34] available and they're very difficult to [26:37] get. In fact, there's a series of of [26:40] reviews and you have to overcome each [26:43] and every one of them [26:45] and uh the uh [26:49] AFT or ATF I guess is is involved in it. [26:53] FBI has a role in it. If you want a [26:56] machine gun, an automatic weapon, it's [26:58] very hard to get it. [27:01] And so they talk about assault weapons [27:03] instead. You see, [27:06] a semi-automatic weapon requires you to [27:08] pull a trigger each and every time for a [27:10] bullet to be expended. [27:14] An automatic weapon does not. You pull [27:16] the trigger and hold your finger down [27:18] and [27:20] significant number of bullets are [27:22] ejected. [27:25] Completely different. [27:28] So what they do, like him, what they'll [27:32] do is they'll call them assault weapons [27:33] so there's no distinction made and [27:35] people don't understand them. [27:38] Now I'll be perfectly honest with you. I [27:40] prefer a pistol [27:44] and I've got several like 38 specials. I [27:46] have [snorts] 357 Magnum. I've got [27:49] things like that. [27:51] Now, why do I do that? Because [27:54] each bullet in the chamber, you pull the [27:57] trigger and they fire. [28:00] There's really never a failure of sorts, [28:02] a jamming or anything like that. I've [28:04] never heard of it. Maybe they have been, [28:05] but certainly not with me. With pistols, [28:09] first time every time. I happen to like [28:12] them. I just find them much more [28:15] convenient. [28:17] Go ahead. [28:20] That's it. [28:22] Just imagine how he thinks about the [28:24] rest of the Constitution. He doesn't [28:26] care about the Constitution, ladies and [28:28] gentlemen. What they do [28:30] is they exploit those parts of the [28:32] Constitution where they believe [28:36] it could advantage them, [28:40] but otherwise they reject it and they [28:42] don't support it at all [28:45] at all. [28:47] And somebody like Al say does not [28:49] believe the constitution even applies to [28:52] him again unless he can exploit it [28:55] in his own favor or for his own causes [29:00] because Sharia law [29:02] trumps all other law constitution or [29:05] otherwise. the constitution you'll [29:07] you'll note by the Marxist left [29:09] professors historian history teachers [29:12] and so forth [29:15] you will notice [29:17] that they constantly degrade it degrade [29:19] the people who wrote it as slave owners [29:22] and on and on and on there's a purpose [29:24] for that it's not altruistic [29:27] they do that to undermine [29:32] the constitution and your faith in the [29:34] constitution [29:36] That's why they do it because they don't [29:38] believe in the Constitution. They want [29:40] to rewrite the Constitution. And if the [29:42] Democrats are elected, they are going to [29:44] dismantle the Constitution [29:47] and rewrite the Constitution. They've [29:49] been trying to do that since at least [29:51] Franklin Roosevelt and really since [29:55] Woodro Wilson. I'll be right back. Much [29:58] love in [30:07] >> [music] [30:15] >> No. Uh, Vladimir Putin is not a [30:18] humanitarian. I would say to uh Steve [30:21] Woodco, not under any definition [30:25] of humanitarian. The president of the [30:27] United States is a humanitarian. [30:31] Michigan Democrat voter on NBC [30:33] yesterday. Mike Rogers will keep our [30:36] Jewish community safe. [30:38] >> Cut six, go. [30:40] >> You're a Democrat and you're supporting [30:42] Mike Rogers. Why? [30:43] >> I am a mom, a Jewish mom, and I'm voting [30:45] with my heart and I think that Mike [30:47] Rogers will keep our Jewish community [30:49] safe. And I don't think the same about [30:51] Abdul Aliad. [30:52] >> Earlier this year, a terrorist drove a [30:54] car with explosives into a synagogue. [30:56] Als saying this about the attacker. [30:59] >> It was wrong and he never should have [31:00] done it. Hurt people. Hurt people. [31:02] >> He showed us the sign she placed in her [31:04] yard. [31:04] >> There is no justification for a [31:06] terrorist attack. [31:08] >> Mhm. [31:09] Mhm. [31:13] I could be wrong. [31:16] I think that race, again, I'm not [31:19] Nostradamus here. I'm just telling you [31:21] my instincts, my gut. I don't think that [31:24] race is as close as everybody says it [31:27] is. I could be dead wrong. [31:30] And if I am, I am. But I don't think [31:34] that it is. [31:37] I can't believe that the people of [31:39] Michigan, [31:40] all those patriots there, all those [31:42] hardworking [31:44] assembly line workers, [31:47] union men and women, [31:50] I just can't believe that they would [31:52] vote for somebody like this, [31:55] period. There also a lot of people [31:57] coming out in the black community [31:59] saying, "This guy represents Palestine. [32:01] He doesn't represent us." [32:04] And in fact, you know, he pouted around [32:05] with Hassan Per aka Hassan Puker when he [32:10] thought that would help him. And Hassan [32:12] Puker is a racist. The things that he [32:14] has said about blacks, the things he has [32:16] said about Jews. [32:19] I mean, the Islamists, if you look [32:20] around the world, the Islamists hate [32:23] black people. Islamists hate black [32:25] people. They slaughter them. [32:29] You can do your own research. Go for it. [32:33] You know who else hates black people? [32:35] The Marxists. [32:37] And Cuber, [32:39] uh, you know, when Castro was alive and [32:44] his sidekicks and so forth, they were [32:47] racists, [32:49] executed a lot of black people in Cuba. [32:53] Um, it's the nature of of that ideology. [32:58] It certainly is, [33:00] but it is true. [33:03] Mhm. [33:05] So [33:07] the black communities in in Michigan, [33:10] the union communities, union families in [33:13] Michigan, the Jewish families in [33:15] Michigan and communities, [33:18] many of the people in these various [33:20] communities and so forth vote Democrat [33:22] down the line. This is how they were [33:24] raised. It's like inherited. [33:27] This is different. what's going on [33:29] today. This is different [33:33] in Michigan. [33:35] I would also urge the people in Ohio to [33:38] to reject [33:41] reject that long in the tooth Democrat. [33:46] Sheldon, who's running uh [33:49] who's running for the Senate, VC is a [33:53] great candidate for governor. I know [33:54] they're trying to attack him on that ad. [33:58] I personally think it was a good ad. [33:59] What do you think of that? That's right. [34:02] It's a good ad. [34:04] Iowa. I mean, I don't know what's going [34:07] on there, but they ought to come home [34:09] and and send a Republican to the Senate. [34:12] Maine, I've even endorsed Susan Collins [34:16] because the Democrats are absolutely [34:18] faking nuts. I'll be right back. [music] [34:46] Now broadcasting from the underground [34:48] command post. Deep in the fowls of a [34:51] hidden bunker, somewhere under the brick [34:53] and steel of a nondescript building, [34:56] we've once again made contact with our [34:58] leader, Mark Leven. [35:03] Hello America, Mark Leaven here. Our [35:06] number [music] [35:07] 877381 [35:09] 3811 877 [35:12] 3813811. [35:14] Affordability. [music] [35:17] Affordability. [35:21] Why are millions and millions of people [35:23] leaving blue states for red states? [35:28] Why is Florida now the third biggest [35:30] state in America [35:34] in terms of population? [35:38] Why is Tennessee, the growth in that [35:40] state exploding? [35:45] Why is New York depopulating? New Jersey [35:48] depopulating, Illinois depopulating, [35:51] California depopulating, which of course [35:53] is why they want illegal aliens and [35:55] aliens of any sort, including Islamists [35:58] and their [35:59] their fortresses that they're building [36:01] all over. [36:06] Tell me, [36:09] what is cheaper in a blue state? Mr. [36:11] Coloulskirt, I'm happy to listen to [36:13] these people if they want to call in. [36:14] What is cheaper? Electricity? No. [36:17] Gasoline, absolutely not. I have the [36:19] whole list here. Housing, no. [36:24] Food, no. [36:27] Property taxes, no. No. And no again. [36:29] And by the way, for many people, their [36:31] biggest expense is not gasoline. Like [36:35] for retired people, the biggest expense [36:37] is what? [36:40] Taxes on their home. Property taxes. [36:43] and their biggest yet in Democrat [36:46] counties and Democrat states. I just [36:49] want to know what it is that the [36:51] Democrat party's going to offer. Maybe [36:53] you'll mention healthcare. [36:55] Yet they passed Obamacare that's very [36:57] expensive and very inadequate. [37:01] And to see a specialist that's like, you [37:03] know, it's like East Germany in the old [37:05] days. [37:08] national healthcare to nationalize [37:10] Medicare so illegal aliens and other [37:12] aliens could could take advantage of [37:15] what was supposed to be an insurance [37:16] program. The hell are we paying into [37:19] this program for if it's a welfare [37:21] program? [37:23] It's not about oligarchs and [37:24] billionaires. It's about you and me, Mr. [37:26] and Mrs. America, the people who make [37:28] this country work. [37:31] And Medicare is already going to go [37:32] broke in seven years thanks to the [37:34] politicians in Washington DC. They've [37:37] stolen the money. Just like with social [37:40] security, six years, they've stolen the [37:42] money for general operating funds [37:45] because they can't control themselves. [37:49] Now, [37:51] where's the affordability from the [37:53] Democrats? Now, when they controlled the [37:54] government, [37:56] inflation was through the roof. We had [37:58] one quarter where was over 9%. We're not [38:01] anything near that now. It's actually [38:02] quite low despite what people are [38:04] saying. [38:07] Mhm. [38:12] Food. [38:15] Food is mostly on average stabilized. [38:17] Now, some are much more expensive than [38:19] before. Some's much less expensive than [38:21] before. Dairy products tend to be much [38:24] less expensive. Beef is higher, but [38:26] there's a lot of reasons for that. But [38:29] that said, you now have this inflation [38:32] that is built into the price of things [38:34] that it's very hard to reverse course. [38:36] So the goal is to cap it, to control it [38:40] so it doesn't get out of hand again. [38:44] But I'm asking you folks, you liberals [38:46] out there, both of you, affordability. [38:50] Affordability. [38:53] If the blue states were affordable, if [38:55] they were safe, [38:57] people would stay there. People don't [38:59] like leaving [39:01] their neighborhoods, their communities [39:03] that they grew up in, [39:05] that their parents chose, or maybe their [39:08] grandparents chose. Nobody likes to do [39:10] that. I didn't like to do it. [39:15] On the other hand, [39:18] you want to be smart about things, your [39:20] dollar goes much further in a red state [39:22] than it does in a blue state. It's that [39:25] simple. I don't know why the Republicans [39:26] are tongue-tied and marblemouthed about [39:29] it. You want to talk about [39:30] affordability, your dollar goes much [39:32] further in Florida than it does in [39:34] California. You see the price of [39:36] gasoline in California, [39:38] the vast majority of that has nothing to [39:40] do with the war in Iran. It's always [39:42] been out of control. 72 cents of taxes [39:46] on every single gallon is insane. But [39:49] they do that. [39:51] They do that to control your use. They [39:53] don't want you using gasoline. [39:57] In the northeast of New England, the [39:58] price of electricity is nuts. Nuts. [40:03] And that's long before anything happened [40:06] with Iran. Well, why is it? because of [40:09] their policies, their so-called climate [40:11] change policies. [40:13] If you don't build for more electricity, [40:16] if you don't use coal to help produce [40:19] electricity, if you prevent utilities [40:22] from expanding so they can create [40:24] electricity, guess what happens, Mr. [40:26] Producer? [40:29] The price of electricity goes up. So, [40:32] how can it be that the price of [40:33] electricity in New Jersey is crazy high? [40:36] It's crazy high in New York, [40:41] but it's less so in Pennsylvania. [40:46] They're right next to each other. [40:50] What's that all about? I'm telling you [40:52] what it's about. [40:55] Blue states are unaffordable. [40:57] Housing in blue states much more [41:00] expensive. [41:03] So, you can go right down the line. [41:06] energy, food, housing, [41:09] taxes. [41:12] If you want to start a little business [41:13] in these blue states, it becomes [41:17] almost impossible. You It's not just [41:20] about opening a business that has [41:23] cutting edge service for for customers [41:26] or products people want or food people [41:29] want and so forth. And so that's [41:30] complicated enough. [41:33] There's a lot of competition out there [41:34] and a lot of companies, small businesses [41:37] I should say, don't make it. But when [41:40] you have the iron fist of a Democrat [41:43] city or a Democrat governor constantly [41:48] constantly pounding away at you because [41:51] let's [41:52] let's admit there's more people on [41:54] welfare than people who run restaurants, [41:56] right? [41:58] It's just the numbers for them. It's the [42:00] numbers game. [42:03] Well, that's why people who really want [42:05] to create a lot of businesses, [42:08] God bless them if they're in the [42:09] Northeast and New England and the Far [42:10] West. I get it. But a lot of them have [42:14] shut their stores. They've shuttered. [42:18] And if they want to go to into business [42:19] again, they go to states that have a [42:22] good business environment. There's [42:23] nothing wrong with that. Of course they [42:26] do. People work hard for their money and [42:29] they never have a voice. It's the [42:32] takers. It's the people on the dole. [42:34] They're the ones that always have a [42:36] voice. In Washington, in the [42:38] bureaucracy, the people who earn the [42:41] money that the politicians and the [42:43] bureaucrats want to take and [42:45] redistribute, [42:47] they're attacked. Oh, successful. [42:50] Like that's a bad word, which it's not. [42:53] Of course. [42:56] I'm just pointing out this whole thing [42:57] about affordability. [43:01] And honest to God, it's not going to be [43:03] that expensive gasoline [43:06] for the next 6 months or 8 months or 12 [43:08] months or whatever it is. Donald Trump [43:10] has opened every spot that's available. [43:12] And he's creating news pickets by [43:14] allowing [43:15] companies small and large and in between [43:18] to drill where they were stopped before, [43:22] to build pipelines where they were [43:24] stopped before, to build refineries [43:26] where they were stopped before, [43:28] to expand our electrical grid, which [43:31] he's trying to do. He's doing all these [43:34] things. [43:37] And let us be clear about something. The [43:39] Democrats have no intention of [43:40] addressing affordability or health care [43:42] or anything else. [43:45] They're going to spend the next two [43:46] years trying to destroy Trump, his [43:48] family, his friends, his cabinet, and [43:51] the presidency that you voted for. [43:55] Now, that man is breaking his back [43:58] trying to win the midterm elections. [44:01] It's not his responsibility. It's ours. [44:04] We the people, we're the sovereigns. [44:07] It's our responsibility to win this [44:09] election for our own interests, for our [44:13] own families, for future generations, [44:17] to protect our constitution, to protect [44:19] our borders and our sovereignty, [44:23] to protect our own private property [44:24] rights and the things that we have [44:26] earned. [44:28] As an example, Medicare for all means [44:31] those of you who have private [44:33] healthcare, [44:34] you're going to lose it. There will be [44:36] nothing [44:37] available on the private healthc care. [44:39] It's going to all shrivel up and blow [44:41] away. [44:43] It's going to be prevented. [44:46] And so some of you who have these [44:48] platinum plans, [44:50] many of you, you you belong to [44:51] organizations that have negotiated for [44:53] it [44:55] and you've given up perhaps wage [44:57] increases to get better medical care and [44:59] so forth. That's going to disappear. [45:01] They don't want to tell you that, but it [45:03] has to disappear. If it's Medicare for [45:05] all, what they're talking about is [45:06] government-run, nationalized health [45:08] care. And of course, that doesn't mean [45:11] you'll get health care. [45:13] It just means you'll be part of a [45:15] national governmentr run healthcare [45:17] program. Who do you go to if your drugs [45:20] aren't covered? Who do you go to if a [45:22] particular procedure is too expensive? [45:26] Nobody. [45:29] Nobody. There's nobody to go to. And [45:32] there's nobody's going to answer the [45:33] phone either. [45:35] Think about these things. I'll be right [45:37] back. [45:37] >> Mark love. [45:46] >> Last year, Pure Talk ran their best [45:48] promotion in company history. I don't remember, Mr. [47:18] Producer. Next week. [47:21] and uh we're making offers to key [47:24] candidates for the Senate, for governor, [47:26] for the House. You'd be amazed how many [47:28] don't even reply. [47:31] It's crazy, isn't it, Rich? [47:34] Rich was telling me it's been harder [47:36] this election cycle than in past [47:37] election cycles. We don't know why, but [47:40] if they don't want to help, I'm not [47:41] going to give it to them. I still want [47:43] you to vote for them. Vote vote down [47:46] party line. It's the only way we're [47:48] going to get this country under control. [47:50] As imperfect as Republicans may be, it's [47:53] not about perfection. [47:56] In the case of the Democrats, [47:58] it's about the fact that they are [48:01] unamerican, [48:02] that they hate the country, [48:05] uh, and that they're creating these [48:06] horrible, horrible situations that our [48:10] children and grandchildren are going to [48:12] are going to face. And I just can't [48:13] imagine [48:15] them controlling any branch of our [48:16] government. I can't imagine if they [48:19] control the presidency in one or two [48:20] houses of Congress. [48:22] I mean, it'll be over. They'll bring 20 [48:24] million more people in here. You think [48:26] there's a lot of Islamist fortresses? [48:29] That's what I call them now. You ain't [48:31] seen nothing. [48:34] You think prices are high now. You ain't [48:36] seen nothing. [48:40] I mean, keep that in perspective. [48:43] Mammu Khalil, you know, this guy should [48:45] be out of the country. You know, he was [48:47] fronting for ter in my view, my opinion, [48:50] for Hamas, [48:53] and he shouldn't have been here in the [48:54] first place under a visa. [48:58] And all he does is run around with his [49:00] propaganda, his big mouth, [49:03] his slip and fall lawyers. He's still [49:05] here. This is why it's so difficult to [49:07] get rid of these people once they're [49:09] here. And the Democrats know it, and [49:11] their judges know it. They love it. [49:14] Mmood is on CNN today. The guy gets more [49:18] publicity. [49:19] He's contributed nothing to this [49:21] country. Quite the contrary. [49:24] He's a taker, [49:26] you know. And it just is crazy to me how [49:29] much media time [49:32] retrobrates retrobates like this [49:34] retrobates I can say it like this get. [49:37] Cut 11. Go. You know, my fight is not [49:40] only about my ability to stay in this [49:42] country, whether I get to stay in this [49:43] country. It's also [49:45] >> Listen to me, pal. Listen to me, pal. [49:48] Don't lecture us [49:50] about how you're you're representing all [49:53] the the victims of the United States. [49:55] Get the hell out of my country and get [49:58] out now. [50:01] We don't want any lectures from you, you [50:03] jerk. Go ahead. [50:05] anyone actually in this country would [50:07] have the right to speak out without [50:09] fearing retaliation from [50:10] >> No, you're going to get retaliation from [50:12] the government because you represent the [50:14] enemy and because you were involved in [50:17] in many of the events that that led to [50:20] all kinds of violent activity. We [50:22] remember [50:26] that's not how you were led into this [50:27] country. So you can come here and [50:30] exercise your free speech to destroy the [50:32] country. You exploited our immigration [50:35] system because of the pass regime or [50:39] because of some weak administrative [50:42] judge or whatever the case was. It [50:44] doesn't really matter. [50:46] But don't lecture us, punk. That's [50:48] right, punk. Go ahead. [50:52] >> That they would be disappeared. Uh in my [50:54] case, you know, the government is [50:55] weaponizing the immigration system. So [50:57] our [50:58] >> We're not weaponizing the immigration [51:00] system, jackass. were trying to actually [51:04] take the immigration system and enforce [51:06] it, unlike the Democrats who broke the [51:09] law time and time again. And now they [51:11] talk about impeachment. How sick is [51:13] that? [51:15] I want to say to my fellow Americans, [51:17] you like this? You like being lectured [51:20] by somebody like this [51:22] who lied in my view, which is why [51:24] they're trying to kick him out. Visas [51:27] aren't a right for al aliens, foreigners [51:30] to come into the country. They have to [51:31] be very specific about why they're [51:34] coming here. You come here and you [51:37] participate [51:38] in efforts to overthrow our country and [51:42] then you sit there and you lecture us [51:44] while your ass is still in my country. [51:50] That's the Democrats right there. You [51:52] want more of this? You want more of [51:54] this? [51:59] So there he is up to the Supreme Court. [52:01] Cut 12. Go ahead. [52:03] >> I know Mahmood you're turning to the US [52:05] Supreme Court which [52:07] >> idiot W Blitzer. They give this guy time [52:10] like this where they have nothing else [52:12] to report. Just remember CNN is now an [52:15] appendage of Qatar. I haven't heard Fat [52:17] Bannon talk about that. What's that all [52:19] about? Roger Stone's doing a number on [52:22] him and I'm glad he is. That's right. [52:24] I'm glad he is. [52:28] Fat Bannon, [52:33] who got a pardon, a federal pardon from [52:36] the president, begging him for it, but [52:40] confessed to committing a a felony in [52:43] the state of New York for the same [52:45] activities. That is ripping you off. I'm [52:47] going to build a southern wall. [52:51] Now he's a thought leader [52:54] CFI [52:56] when Capitol Hill has him as a as a main [52:59] speaker last year. This jerk, this slob. [53:04] Meanwhile, notice how he doesn't [53:06] criticize the president of the United [53:08] States for endorsing BB Netanyahu, who [53:10] he hates. You know, he hates BB [53:12] Netanyahu. BB Netanyahu is everything he [53:15] says he likes. A strong leader who [53:16] defends his country, Nat Khan and all [53:19] the rest. [53:21] But he's a Jew. You understand? [53:25] Remember when that fat slob came to my [53:27] house? [53:29] Oh yeah. Back then he was all for [53:31] conservatism. Traditional conservatism. [53:33] I said, "Who is this guy? Where the hell [53:35] did he come from?" Came from Hollywood. [53:38] Weasled his way in. Now he's the thought [53:41] leader. Thought leader of what? [53:46] How to rip off your own audience? The [53:48] war room. He calls it. The only war [53:50] going on is in his pants. That's it. And [53:53] between his ears. That's it. War room. [53:59] He's not MAGA. He's not America first. [54:01] He's not a conservative. [54:04] President of the United States. Supports [54:05] the state of Israel because he supports [54:07] our own national security objectives. [54:10] He's put out an endorsement of a world [54:13] leader of anybody like I've never seen [54:15] before because he knows that Netanyahu [54:17] is a great partner and here we are in [54:19] the middle of a war. But Baron, you [54:21] know, the war room, the war room, big [54:23] big war guy. Big tough guy. Just a big [54:26] guy. [54:28] You got to eat a lot of potato chips to [54:31] to look like that. I'll be right back. [54:37] Last year, Pure Talk ran their best [54:39] promotion in company history. It was so [54:41] good they could only run it for a few [54:43] weeks. [55:54] He's driving the media mad. Mark Levin. [55:58] Call in with your outrage. 8773813811. [56:05] Zalinski [56:07] was on Fox and Friends today [56:11] and he put a proposal out there and I [56:14] haven't heard them talking about it in [56:16] the administration or anywhere else. I [56:17] thought it was pretty damn generous [56:20] proposals. [56:22] That was uh something that Russia would [56:25] want. But I think Russia now thinks that [56:28] it is leverage. Russia now thinks that [56:30] it can it can make demands that are [56:32] really over the top. [56:36] Look, Putin is not a humanitarian. [56:38] Witkov is way off. [56:41] And Putin is a mass killer. [56:44] He's the one that has caused all the [56:45] death and all the killing. He's the one [56:47] who attacked Ukraine. [56:51] Ukraine is the victim. [56:53] But they're not going to roll over and [56:54] play dead. They're fighting. They're [56:58] fighting like warriors. They're [56:59] fighting. They're inventing different [57:00] types of of armaments even while they're [57:04] under under assault. [57:07] I say three cheers to Zalinski. Three [57:09] cheers to Ukraine. [57:14] Yes, I have my own opinions. These have [57:16] been my opinions from day one [57:19] about the Soviet Union and now Russia [57:21] under Putin [57:23] long before Donald Trump was president. [57:26] These are my views. They will continue [57:27] to be my views. He's well aware of it. [57:29] But you notice I don't attack the [57:31] president. I don't stab him in the back. [57:33] We leave that to the Tucker Carlson's. [57:35] We leave that to the Bannons. We leave [57:36] it to people like that. [57:42] Here's Zalinsky on Fox and Friends this [57:45] morning. Cut 13 would kill me. Go. Would [57:48] you accept a peace deal that freezes [57:50] everything the way it is right now where [57:53] you still keep 75% or more of your [57:55] country regardless of how it started? [57:58] Would you be would you accept where it [58:00] is right now? [58:02] >> Yes. We right now we have to freeze and [58:06] I think this is real way to end this [58:09] war. We call it ceasefire or stop [58:12] killings like President Trump called it. [58:14] Freeze and stop. And of course this is [58:16] minimum what we need from Russia today. [58:19] Then of course we will go to president [58:21] and to Europeans and we'll ask security [58:23] guarantees. The most important it's [58:27] peace and also security peace. This is [58:30] the most important not to have uh you [58:33] know not to be afraid and that [58:35] occupation will come back aggression [58:37] will come back killings will come back. [58:40] how we have to stop this and that's why [58:42] [clears throat] freeze and talks and [58:45] security guarantees from the United [58:47] States and prosperity from our part [58:49] partners for renovation of our lives. We [58:52] need 9.5 million people which lost their [58:56] houses which are abroad everywhere. We [58:58] need them to come back to Ukraine just [59:00] to live and to build their country. [59:04] Mhm. [59:06] Does [59:06] >> he sound irrational to anybody? Out of [59:09] line, stubborn. [59:14] He just said, "Okay, they can have that [59:15] percentage of Ukraine if it if it'll end [59:17] the war." [59:19] Has anybody heard Putin say, "Okay, [59:21] we'll take that." [59:23] Has anybody [59:27] then how do you trust Putin anyway? [59:31] How do you trust Putin anyway? He [59:33] invaded Ukraine despite the fact in 1994 [59:37] Russia signed [59:39] a security agreement. The UK and the [59:41] United States did too, [59:45] to protect the Ukraine after the Ukraine [59:47] agreed to give all of its nuclear [59:49] weapons to Russia. [59:52] What's that sound like to you? [59:56] Mhm. [59:58] Well, he can't be trusted. He's a liar. [60:03] That's what he is. He's a liar and he's [60:05] always going to be a liar and he's a [60:07] killer. [60:10] I happen to think a little bit [60:12] differently on this issue. [60:14] And most of my ancestry way back is [60:17] Russian. Some Ukrainian, but mostly [60:20] Russian. Who cares? [60:25] I have no ties to that country. I have [60:27] no I'm sure I have ancestors there. I [60:29] don't know who the hell they are. I'm an [60:32] American. You see, we assimilated into [60:34] America. That's what you're supposed to [60:36] do. [60:37] So, I don't have any ties to Russia. [60:41] Uh, in fact, if I went there, I'd [60:43] probably wind up in one of those [60:44] goologs. Don't you think, Mr. Producer? [60:47] I can't go to China. Not that I want to. [60:50] Can't go to Russia. Not that I want to. [60:52] But, [60:53] you know, Traitor Katarlson, he can go [60:55] to Russia. He can go to China. He can go [60:57] to any [60:59] mass murdering genoc [61:07] arms. [61:08] Sure, we can interview with you, [61:12] but uh the fact of the matter is uh it's [61:14] not something that that I yearn to do [61:17] and it's not something I am going to do. [61:20] Washington orders all US embassy staff [61:22] and families to leave Saudi Arabia. [61:25] They've asked a number of others to [61:27] leave embassies throughout the Gulf [61:29] States, the Arab states. [61:32] Several US embassies across the Middle [61:34] East have reportedly just ordered all [61:36] staff and their families to leave the [61:38] region. [61:39] And this is what I want to say to you [61:41] folks because we're one big family here. [61:43] We've been together, many of us, for a [61:45] long time. [clears throat] [61:49] My stepson is in the Middle East. [61:53] He serves [61:55] the president of the United States and [61:57] the ambassador. [62:00] He is a great American patriot. [62:04] In the past, he's worked for Ted Cruz [62:06] and Ronda Santis. He's worked for Donald [62:08] Trump in the first term in this similar [62:12] position. [62:13] He's America first. [62:17] And he's gone through a lot with these [62:19] attempts to destroy him. He's not a [62:21] public figure. [62:23] He's not a politician. He's not a [62:24] presidential appointee. He's there to [62:27] assist the president and the ambassador [62:29] in their agenda. [62:31] So, he is attacked because of me. [62:36] He understands. We've had our [62:37] conversations. [62:40] He hasn't done a thing wrong. He's the [62:42] the straightest arrow you've ever met. [62:45] [cough and clears throat] [62:47] And so he will be there in that embassy [62:50] if missiles start to fly as they have [62:52] before. He will be there to make sure [62:54] Americans are safe or if Americans are [62:57] caught in some part of the country that [62:59] they find a way out. [63:02] He will be there for some of the [63:03] funerals [63:05] that involve Americans, some of them [63:07] dual citizens, [63:09] representing our country [63:12] and embracing families that have lost [63:14] somebody. [63:17] He will be there as an American patriot [63:20] because that's what he is and that's [63:21] what he's always been. [63:24] He's not leaving [63:27] the Middle East. He's not leaving his [63:30] post. [63:34] He's serving with great distinction. I'm [63:37] incredibly proud of him. [63:41] what the media have done with the leaks [63:44] from a particular individual at the [63:46] White House. What they've done with the [63:48] leaks from the woke right neofascists [63:52] podcasters. What they've done with the [63:53] leaks from the bureaucrats, the [63:56] holdovers from the Biden regime and the [63:58] the Palestinian desk that was eliminated [64:00] by this president, [64:03] but it's hangers on in the bureaucracy [64:05] who leassified cables and all this other [64:07] garbage. [64:13] what they've done and what they try to [64:15] do is really appalling. [64:19] It's pretty funny when I when I see VC [64:22] run this commercial where the mother is [64:25] attacking her daughter as a serial liar [64:28] who is VC's opponent [64:31] and everybody's in such a [64:35] you know they're all appalled by it. Not [64:37] one of those people ever spoke up for my [64:40] stepson. Not one of them. Not one of [64:43] them. [64:45] And yet they will trash Vivec. [64:49] Remember all the family members coming [64:51] out and trashing Bobby Kennedy? Remember [64:53] all that? [64:55] Democrats were more than happy about [64:57] that. Of course they were. this idiot [65:01] niece or whatever she is of the [65:02] president who writes these books, who [65:05] shows up on these shows constantly [65:07] trashing him. Democrats are all excited [65:09] about that. Democrats are going to go [65:11] after Donald Trump and his family. His [65:14] family. [65:17] They're more than happy about that. [65:19] That's okay. Right. Right. [65:23] I'll be right back. Much love in [65:33] Last year, Pure Talk ran their best [65:35] promotion in company history. It was so [65:38] good, they could only run it for a few [65:39] weeks. Well, for a very limited time, [65:42] they're bringing it back. Unlimited data [65:44] for life. But consumers stand to [66:16] lose it all with the Durban Marshall [66:18] credit card mandate bill. Big government [66:20] mandates favor corporate mega stores and [66:22] allow them to choose how your credit [66:24] card is processed. [68:27] We are going to continue to use this [68:28] platform [68:30] which reaches every corner of this [68:32] country really every corner of the world [68:34] where there's not blocking taking place [68:39] to turn out our vote to make the mission [68:42] clear. We do this every election cycle. [68:45] And by God, we're going to do it now [68:46] more than ever. And that's what we're [68:49] doing. [68:51] Win, lose, or draw. [68:54] That's what we do. [68:56] The polls cannot determine for us how [68:59] we're going to vote. Surveys aren't. [69:02] Commentators, experts. We've been [69:04] through it before. Now, we can be [69:06] entertained by some of this, [69:09] but in the end, it's you, Mr. and Mrs. [69:12] America who are going to decide the fate [69:13] of this country. [69:16] You, [69:19] by the way, you're not going to want to [69:20] miss my Saturday Life, Liberty, and [69:22] Levin. [69:24] It's going to be very, very powerful. [69:26] 8:00 p.m. Eastern time. I hope you'll [69:27] set your DVR, whatever recording device [69:30] you have. I don't know the name of all [69:33] of them or the name of any of them. I [69:34] don't even know if they have names. [69:38] And so in that vein, [69:41] you can see that we've gone from it's [69:43] going to be a blue wave landslide. [69:46] They're going to take the Senate and the [69:47] House. I was just a few weeks ago to now [69:50] the so-called experts are hedging their [69:52] bets on the Senate. Some are even a [69:55] little hedging on the House. [69:58] And our position is crush them. You have [70:02] to turn out. You where there's early [70:05] voting right now should be right at the [70:08] front of that line tomorrow and vote or [70:11] cast your ballot in whatever way you [70:13] can. [70:15] You [70:18] and [70:20] that's just the first step. You need to [70:22] make sure others who are of like mind, [70:26] friends, family, social circles, church, [70:28] synagogue, wherever you are, [70:32] you [70:34] have to take [70:36] some effort as sort of a an independent [70:39] precinct worker to get a few more votes [70:41] out. That's all, [70:43] a few more votes. Here's Harry Anon, the [70:46] legal analyst at CNN today. [70:50] You can see he's starting to hedge his [70:51] bets. Cut eight. Go. [70:53] >> I I need the history here cuz so how how [70:55] have polls with Democrats leading Trump? [70:58] >> Yeah. [70:59] >> One in Trump won states, how have they [71:01] per performed normally? [71:03] >> Okay. So, I know a lot of our viewers I [71:05] get this question perhaps more than any [71:07] other question which is can we trust the [71:10] polls? We feel like we've seen this song [71:12] or we've seen this dance before. We've [71:14] heard this song before. And you know [71:16] what? There is reason to be cautious. [71:18] There is reason to be cautious. [71:19] >> Trust no one. [71:20] >> Trust no one. Trust no one. Trust me and [71:22] trust my mother. She was a great doctor. [71:23] That's what I'm talking about here. [71:25] There is a reason why you should in fact [71:27] be nervous if you're a Democrat and [71:28] perhaps be, you know, there's some [71:30] reason for a little excitement if you're [71:32] a Republican. GOP outperformed the final [71:34] Senate poll averages. I want you to look [71:35] by the states prior presidential result. [71:38] Airgo blue states, the states that Trump [71:40] lost, and then the red states that Trump [71:42] won. Look at this. The GOP is far more [71:45] likely to outperform their final Senate [71:48] poll averages by 4.1 points in the [71:50] states that Trump won. And we know in [71:52] this election cycle, Kate, that the [71:55] Democrats need to win in a lot of Trump [71:58] states in order to win control of the [71:59] Senate. And not just Trump states, but [72:02] states that Trump won by double digits [72:04] back in 2024. So you see this 4.1. If [72:07] this was fought in blue states, we [72:08] really have not seen that Republicans [72:10] outperform their polls in the blue [72:12] states. It's really concentrating in the [72:14] red states. We saw it in 2018. We saw it [72:16] in 2020. We saw it in 2022. We saw it in [72:19] 2024 as well. [72:21] >> What's the term for this? Democratic [72:23] overestimation or Republican [72:25] underestimation? [72:26] >> That is the great question. I'm not [72:28] >> What do you think? [72:28] >> I tend to think that what's probably [72:30] going on is there are some Republican [72:32] voters who are simply put not getting [72:34] picked up by the polls. [72:36] >> So then what does it mean for the [72:36] Senate? [72:37] >> And what does it mean for the Senate? [72:38] That is, I think, the key question. If [72:40] in fact in if we have the 2026 Senate [72:43] map, but you take the polling averages [72:46] and then you say that hey the [72:48] Republicans will outrun the polling [72:50] averages by 4.1 points in the states [72:52] that Trump won. Look at this. This is I [72:53] think the key nugget. Republicans would [72:55] maintain control of the Senate with some [72:57] room to spare 52 to 48 because they [72:59] would win in Michigan, right? They'd [73:01] hold on to Ohio. They would hold on to [73:03] Texas. They would hold I'm coming to [73:05] Kate's side of the board. They'd hold on [73:06] to Alaska. Yeah. [73:07] >> Again, come back to my side of the [73:09] board. So the bottom line is this. Yes, [73:11] Democrats are ahead right now. If the [73:13] polling averages end up being the [73:15] result, Democrats win control of the [73:16] Senate. If we have the same average bias [73:18] we've had in the past, well, I don't [73:20] know. [73:23] So, what did we learn from that, Mr. [73:24] Producer? Absolutely nothing [73:28] except he's hedging his bets now. [73:32] Interesting. [73:34] Interesting. [73:36] cut 18 [73:39] Harry Anton [73:41] data analyst CNN last week go [73:45] >> Republican voting patterns from MAGA GOP [73:47] I mean in the 2024 election Trump won [73:50] 99% of MAGA voters look at this for 2026 [73:54] the congressional vote Republicans [73:56] getting 99%. So the MAGA base is [73:59] sticking [74:00] with Republicans going into the [74:02] midterms. [74:04] So you see these woke Reich types [74:07] who are trying to destroy conservatism, [74:10] trying to destroy the Republican party [74:11] and claim that they are real MAGA. [74:14] Ladies and gentlemen, they're [74:15] irrelevant. [74:17] 99% [74:20] 99%. [74:22] Now, we need more than MAGA, obviously, [74:24] but that is key to understand. [74:28] The MAGA base is the Tea Party base. [74:30] It's the traditional conservative base. [74:33] That's who we are. That's what we are. [74:36] Whether people want to hear it or not is [74:38] their problem. [74:40] Steve Cornaki of the Today Show NBC [74:43] yesterday, what did he have to say? [74:45] Another legal analyst, excuse me, data [74:47] analyst. Cut 17. Go 1.2, 1.1, 0.5. So, [74:53] they are leads for Democrats, but they [74:55] are tenuous as well. [74:56] >> I mean, these are states that Trump won [74:57] by double digits two years ago. And if [75:00] there's anything about the Trump era [75:01] that we know, it's that polling often [75:03] underounts these Republican Trump [75:05] voters. [75:06] >> That's right. I mean, look, Republicans [75:07] in the Trump era have gotten used to [75:09] seeing polls like this in states like [75:10] this and saying, "Got them just where we [75:12] want them." Because we've seen it in [75:14] places Ohio, Iowa come to mind. Even you [75:17] could go back. There was a Senate race [75:18] in Kansas in 2020. Polls looked really [75:21] promising for the Democrats. Republican [75:22] ended up winning by double digits. So [75:24] that Trump votes been missed before. [75:26] Doesn't always show up. a lot of [75:28] theories why, but if that happens again, [75:30] these numbers can change in a hurry. [75:31] >> What also is interesting is you talked [75:33] about the blue states. Let's go back to [75:34] these are Democratic seats that the [75:36] Democrats must hold on to and they're [75:39] showing pretty tight races as well. [75:41] >> I mean, check this out. Michigan Abdul [75:43] Elsad, the Democratic nominee, he leads [75:44] in the polls basically by about three [75:46] points. Very close right there. And the [75:48] thing to keep in mind, Elsad, when he [75:50] won the Democratic primary this summer, [75:52] polls had him up by about, you know, 10 [75:54] points or so. He ended up winning by a [75:56] fraction of a point. The polls [75:59] overstated his support in the primary. [76:01] If that happens again here, that three [76:03] could disappear. [76:04] >> And an eye on blue Minnesota. [76:06] >> Minnesota of all places. [76:07] >> We're going to have an interesting [76:08] election night. [76:11] >> We will. [76:14] We will. We'll see how it goes. [76:19] I have to laugh, Mr. Producer, because [76:21] we have an enormous audience all over [76:23] the country. [76:26] And you folks have families and you talk [76:28] to them as well. [76:30] We are a get out the vote machine here [76:32] on the Mark Levin Show. Doesn't mean we [76:34] win. [76:35] Certainly doesn't mean we win all the [76:37] time, but we do better than most [76:40] anticipate. And if it's a blowout [76:42] election, it's a blowout election. If [76:44] it's a overwhelming victory, it's an [76:45] overwhelming victory. One house or the [76:47] other, both houses. [76:49] But we do our part. [76:53] We do our part and we're going to [76:55] continue to do our part right up into [76:59] election night all over the country. [77:03] I'll be right back. M love in. [77:20] [music] [77:21] Hello America. [77:25] Well, we our government, our [77:27] administration has put out the word to [77:29] our embassies in the Arab states [77:33] in the Middle East [77:36] to strip down the number of personnel [77:38] there. [77:41] There was also that meeting the other [77:43] day between the secretary of war heath [77:45] and the prime minister of Israel [77:47] Netanyahu. [77:49] Apparently, it was a long meeting. [77:53] The Israeli Air Force, the jets have [77:55] been flying into both Syria and Iraqi [77:58] airspace right up to the line, right up [78:01] to the border of Iran, [78:03] obviously testing [78:06] testing the situation and confusing the [78:09] Iranians who are on high alert now as to [78:12] whether anything will happen or not [78:14] happen. [78:18] We've also sent a third carrier. [78:22] Third carrier means additional support [78:24] ships as well. [78:28] So something is stirring. There's no [78:29] question about it. [clears throat] [78:32] As I read these various reports, you [78:33] can't trust them all because almost [78:35] every single one of them is based on [78:36] anonymous sources. And the media have [78:39] lost all credibility. The media have [78:41] lost all standards, all professional [78:43] standards. So you try and figure it out. [78:47] Apparently, they are moving [78:51] certain types of equipment or [78:55] uranium or whatever it is [78:59] to u to hardened locations or their [79:02] hardening locations. [79:05] In other words, they're not giving up. [79:07] As I've told you over and over and over [79:09] again, as I've told the administration [79:11] over and over again on my various shows, [79:15] they're not going to surrender. They're [79:17] not going to stop. They can't. [79:21] They can't because they believe God has [79:24] told them to get nuclear weapons and [79:27] blow us off the face of the earth. [79:30] And why we can't get our heads around [79:32] this, why the Democrats and the woke [79:35] neofascist, the isolationists can't get [79:38] their heads around it is beside the [79:40] point. We have to protect ourselves and [79:43] our families and our country [79:46] despite the fact that these people are [79:48] undermining us every step of the way. [79:50] And they certainly are. Every single [79:52] step of the way. [79:55] You know, even in the [79:58] you know, private [80:01] private actions of the Islamists, even [80:03] in the private actions, [80:06] they prove who they are and what they [80:07] will do. [80:10] The mothership is in Thran. [80:14] The Muslim Brotherhood, well, it's [80:16] mostly based in Egypt. That's where it [80:18] got its birth, but is heavily funded and [80:21] supported by Qatar, a very evil regime. [80:26] The mother Muslim Brotherhood spawned [80:30] al-Qaeda. It spawned Hamas. It spawned [80:34] Islamic Jihad. [80:36] It has spawned an enormous number of [80:39] these terrorist organizations, including [80:41] those who are in our country. As I said, [80:44] it spawned Hamas and Hamas spawned care. [80:46] CARE is right in our country. It's [80:48] operating in every every community, [80:50] every state. It works with the [80:52] Democrats. Chris Van Golland went to a [80:56] event there. They won't release the [80:58] transcript of what he said, so it must [81:00] have been awful. He's a top Democrat in [81:03] the Senate and they're giving him [81:05] awards. [81:07] The Muslim Brotherhood has not been [81:08] banned in our country. I have no idea [81:11] why. Banned. Removed. Care has not been [81:14] banned in our country. Removed. I have [81:17] no idea why. None. [81:22] But Elon Musk [81:24] was on a p a podcast yesterday and he [81:26] explained something that occurred in his [81:28] company and then afterwards [81:31] which gives you the mindset and the [81:33] casualties that result from this cut to [81:35] go. If if someone is [81:39] you know an an religious extremist [81:42] um where they view anyone who is not in [81:44] their religion um as the enemy or or you [81:48] know uh that those who are not in their [81:51] religion should die. It's difficult for [81:53] you to to to understand that that [81:55] mindset because you don't have that [81:57] mindset. But you can obviously recognize [81:59] there are people who do have that [82:01] mindset and that if you let them into [82:03] the country [snorts] uh they will kill [82:05] people. Let me give you an example. Uh [82:08] there's many. Um we had uh someone who [82:12] was working at the Tesla factory in [82:14] Austin until December of last year. Um [82:18] he was fired um because uh he assaulted [82:22] a woman who stepped on his prayer rug in [82:25] the factory. Okay. So she was she wasn't [82:28] expecting anyone to be praying in the [82:30] factory and he was praying in the [82:32] factory. She accidentally stepped on his [82:33] prayer rug and he assaulted her. [82:35] violently assaulted her. Um, so he was [82:38] fired for that and then a few months [82:40] later he went [clears throat] and killed [82:41] three students in the bar in downtown [82:44] Austin. [82:46] >> Mhm. [82:50] Yep. [82:53] And how many of individuals like that [82:56] are in this country? A lot. [83:00] A whole lot. As a matter of fact, a lot. [83:06] It's just uh appalling. And you got some [83:08] of these guys are literally running for [83:10] office [snorts] [83:12] like El Say running for office. [83:16] Here's an example [83:18] of of him. Um [83:22] cut seven when it comes to the second [83:24] amendment. Second amendment's in the [83:26] bill of rights. It is as every bit as [83:28] much uh import as the first and the [83:31] other amendments. [83:33] I'll have to continue this after the [83:34] break. We don't have time in this [83:35] segment, but you can see how his mindset [83:39] is to destroy the constitution. Look, [83:40] he's a Marxist Islamist. [83:43] So, he he borrows from uh from both [83:47] ideologies as do many, the purpose of [83:50] which is to destroy the country. And by [83:52] the way, this DSA, [83:54] this DSA papers have shown, internal [83:57] communications that they plan to have [84:00] violent protests in the streets sometime [84:04] after this election in November. [84:07] They're going to have to be put down and [84:08] put down hard. And if we can't just rely [84:12] on local police all the time, they got [84:14] to be backed up by the military. And we [84:17] have an insurrection act. And it's been [84:19] used by many presidents of both parties. [84:21] And that's going to have to be used this [84:23] time too if that takes place. Period. [84:25] I'll be right back. [music] [84:31] Liberty's voice, Mark Lavven. [84:35] [clears throat] Talk with that voice [84:37] now. 877381 [84:40] 3811. [84:43] When the framers wrote the Constitution [84:45] and subsequently added the Bill of [84:47] Rights, [84:50] do you think that they intended for that [84:52] to apply just during their lives? [84:57] Of course not. [85:01] Freedom of religion, freedom of speech, [85:03] freedom of the press, freedom of [85:04] association, [85:06] the right to bear arms. [85:10] Now, they don't really focus on the [85:12] Second Amendment the way they should. [85:15] They talked about state militias. Why [85:18] did they talk about state militias? [85:19] Well, so the states could defend [85:21] themselves from other states and maybe [85:22] even the federal government. But we're [85:24] not allowed to talk about that. [85:28] Warrants, due [snorts] process, [85:33] goes on and on and on. Do you think the [85:36] framers were sitting there and just [85:38] thinking to themselves, "This is only [85:40] good for right now." [85:43] Of course not. [85:45] Of course not. [85:50] Now, the one of the great things about [85:52] our constitution is it sets out [85:54] principles. [85:56] It tries to provide enough details on [85:59] what each branch can do and cannot do. [86:04] But when it comes to the individual, the [86:06] individual's liberty, it does nothing to [86:09] attack it. It does nothing to molest the [86:11] individual. [86:13] All that stuff's left for the states, [86:18] not the federal government. [86:21] In fact, when those amendments were [86:23] originally passed, those 10 amendments, [86:25] which we call the Bill of Rights, [86:28] they didn't apply to the states. [86:31] Let me repeat it. They didn't apply to [86:33] the states. [86:36] The incorporation doctrine was invented [86:38] by the Supreme Court and they decided to [86:40] apply [86:42] some of the Bill of Rights, pretty much [86:43] all them, but some of them to the [86:45] states. [86:49] Okay, fine. And that's the way it is. [86:51] But I'm just laying it out. [86:54] So when Al says what he says, as you're [86:56] going to hear him at an event yesterday, [86:58] you'll understand that he is a [87:00] constitutional illiterate. But here's [87:02] the truth. He doesn't believe anything [87:04] in the Constitution. [87:06] He doesn't believe anything in the [87:07] Declaration of Independence. How can he? [87:09] The Declaration [87:11] is fundamentally [87:14] based on [87:15] what? [87:17] Two things. [87:20] through Judeo-Christian [87:21] value system and the enlightenment. [87:24] Well, El Say is an Islamist. He doesn't [87:27] believe in Judaism or Christianity. He [87:29] doesn't believe those of you who are [87:31] Jews or Christians who pray even have a [87:34] right to pray [87:37] because God only listens to according to [87:40] them Muslims. And if you pray and you're [87:42] of no religion or a different religion, [87:45] they don't accept that either. This is [87:47] one of the [87:50] fine points of Sharia law. [87:55] So here he is on the second amendment. [87:57] Cut seven go. [87:59] >> I'm going to swear to the constitution. [88:00] Constitution has a second amendment in [88:02] it. But the second amendment just so we [88:03] all are are clear. Even the most [88:06] conservative folks they hue to this idea [88:09] called originalism. And originalism is [88:12] the idea that you should interpret the [88:13] constitution in the context in which the [88:15] constitution was written. [88:18] When they promised the right to bear [88:19] arms, they had musketss. [88:21] >> Okay, stop. [88:24] Where's musketss in the Constitution, [88:26] Mr. Producer? [88:28] Nowhere. [88:31] Nowhere. So, originalism, you would take [88:33] the Second Amendment. There are [88:35] different forms of originalism, but I [88:36] don't need to go there. And Justice Alto [88:38] wrote about this as well. But you take [88:41] the language of the Second Amendment [88:44] and what they meant at the time and you [88:46] apply it to today has nothing to do with [88:47] musketss. [88:49] Has to do with certain fundamental [88:51] rights. In this case, the right for you [88:53] to bear arms. Doesn't say what type of [88:55] arms, does it? So, he's just throwing in [88:58] musketss. [89:01] I mean, what do we do with the First [89:02] Amendment and and freedom of the press? [89:06] We didn't have television. We didn't [89:07] have radio. We certainly didn't have the [89:09] internet. Do those count? Well, of [89:12] course they count. Okay. [89:15] Is that originalism? Of course it's not [89:17] originalism. What's originalism is the [89:20] right to free speech. That's [89:21] originalism, [89:22] not the methodology for free speech. [89:26] Well, isn't that interesting? [89:28] So according to his logic which is [89:30] illogical according to him [89:34] the first amendment would only apply to [89:36] pamphleteers [89:37] and newspapers. [89:39] Not to broadcasting [89:42] no not to digital [89:45] the internet and so forth. Not the [89:46] podcasters. No none of it. [89:49] It's an idiot. Go ahead. [89:53] >> Yeah. Everyone should have like equal [89:55] rights to a musky. [89:57] Got me? And then let's also ask about [90:00] why the second amendment was written and [90:01] what the bill of rights was intended to [90:03] do. The bill of rights was about a [90:05] compromise to protect people from [90:07] government tyranny under a constitution [90:09] because the people who had were voting [90:11] to ratify that constitution had just [90:13] lived under government tyranny from the [90:15] British. So the idea was that you had [90:17] the right to bear arms against your [90:19] government should they become [90:20] tyrannists. And the way that we enacted [90:22] that was in the the we we built, right, [90:26] the Coast Guard, right, and and and [90:28] state militias that are supposed to be [90:30] able to protect. Now, a lot of folks [90:33] want to [90:34] >> I don't even know what he means. The [90:35] Coast Guard and state militias that are [90:38] supposed to protect. What does that even [90:40] mean, Mr. Medusa? [90:43] >> Go ahead. [90:45] Constitution in the original term and [90:47] then want to interpret the Second [90:48] Amendment in the most extreme version [90:50] possible. And they they tell us that the [90:52] Constitution says that you can have any [90:54] gun for anyone anywhere at any time, [90:56] which is just not consistent with any [90:58] interpretation of the Constitution at [91:00] all. And so the question, [91:01] >> what is he talking about? [91:06] If you're going to take guns off the [91:08] table, you have to [91:11] overcome the burden. It's not the other [91:13] way around. [91:15] why, how, what's the legal basis and so [91:18] forth. [91:21] Now, I said before, because I'm honest [91:23] about this, because that's the truth, [91:27] those bill of rights, those those [91:30] amendments didn't apply to the states, [91:33] applied to the federal government. [91:36] Now, the second amendment has applied to [91:38] the states [91:39] via the Supreme Court through the [91:42] incorporation doctrine. The question is [91:45] the extent to which it applies to the [91:46] states [91:48] and that's why these cases go up to the [91:50] court and come back down and go up to [91:52] the court and come back down. [91:54] court's done a pretty good job in my [91:56] view [91:58] and recognizes a fundamental right to [92:00] bear arms and then you get into how many [92:03] arms, what kind of arms does this state [92:06] law passed violate the second amendment [92:08] and so forth and so on which is very [92:10] interesting because again I told you [92:11] that that amendment didn't apply to the [92:14] states originally [92:16] but it does now. [92:20] So this this mush head doesn't [92:22] understand any of this [92:24] any of it. [92:27] Go ahead. [92:28] >> Asking is are there some guns that are [92:31] built just to kill as many people as [92:33] possible? And do we really think that [92:34] those guns ought to be just publicly [92:36] available? [92:37] >> Well, they're not. Um [92:40] they're not. [92:42] Automatic weapons are not just publicly [92:45] available and they're very difficult to [92:48] get. In fact, there's a series of of [92:51] reviews and you have to overcome each [92:54] and every one of them [92:56] and uh the uh [93:00] AFT or ATF I guess is is involved in it. [93:04] FBI has a role in it. If you want a [93:06] machine gun, an automatic weapon, it's [93:09] very hard to get it. [93:11] And so they talk about assault weapons [93:13] instead. You see, [93:16] a semi-automatic weapon requires you to [93:19] pull a trigger each and every time for a [93:21] bullet to be expended. [93:24] An automatic weapon does not. You pull [93:27] the trigger and hold your finger down [93:29] and [93:31] significant number of bullets are [93:33] ejected. [93:36] Completely different. [93:39] So what they do like him what they'll do [93:42] is they'll call them assault weapons so [93:44] there's no distinction made and people [93:46] don't understand them. [93:49] Now I'll be perfectly honest with you I [93:51] prefer a pistol [93:54] and I've got several like 38 specials. I [93:57] have 357 Magnum. I've got things like [94:00] that. [94:02] Now why do I do that? Because [94:05] each bullet in the chamber, you pull the [94:08] trigger and they fire. [94:11] There's really never a failure of sorts, [94:13] a jamming or anything like that. I've [94:15] never heard of it. Maybe they have been, [94:16] but certainly not with me. With pistols, [94:20] first time every time. I happen to like [94:23] them. I just find them much more [94:25] convenient. [94:28] Go ahead. [94:31] That's it. [94:33] Just imagine how he thinks about the [94:35] rest of the Constitution. He doesn't [94:37] care about the Constitution, ladies and [94:39] gentlemen. What they do [94:41] is they exploit those parts of the [94:43] Constitution where they believe [94:47] it could advantage them, [94:50] but otherwise they reject it and they [94:52] don't support it at all [94:56] at all. [94:58] And somebody like Al say does not [95:00] believe the constitution even applies to [95:02] him again unless he can exploit it [95:06] in his own favor or for his own causes [95:10] because Sharia law [95:13] trumps all other law constitution or [95:16] otherwise. the constitution you'll [95:18] you'll note by the Marxist left [95:20] professors historian history teachers [95:23] and so forth [95:25] you will notice [95:27] that they constantly degrade it degrade [95:30] the people who wrote it as slave owners [95:33] and on and on and on there's a purpose [95:35] for that it's not altruistic [95:38] they do that to undermine [95:42] the constitution and your faith in the [95:45] constitution [95:47] That's why they do it because they don't [95:49] believe in the Constitution. They want [95:51] to rewrite the Constitution. And if the [95:53] Democrats are elected, they are going to [95:55] dismantle the Constitution [95:58] and rewrite the Constitution. They've [95:59] been trying to do that since at least [96:02] Franklin Roosevelt and really since [96:06] Woodro Wilson. I'll be right back. Mark [96:09] love in [96:19] [music] [96:26] no. Uh Vladimir Putin is not a [96:29] humanitarian. I would say to uh Steve [96:32] Woodco, not under any definition [96:36] of humanitarian. The president of the [96:38] United States is a humanitarian [96:42] Michigan Democrat voter on NBC [96:44] yesterday. Mike Rogers will keep our [96:46] Jewish community safe. [96:49] Cut six. Go. [96:51] >> You're a Democrat and you're supporting [96:52] Mike Rogers. Why? [96:54] >> I am a mom, a Jewish mom, and I'm voting [96:56] with my heart and I think that Mike [96:58] Rogers will keep our Jewish community [97:00] safe. And I don't think the same about [97:01] Abdul Aliad. Earlier this year, a [97:04] terrorist drove a car with explosives [97:06] into a synagogue also. [97:10] >> It was wrong and he never should have [97:11] done it. Hurt people hurt people. [97:12] >> He showed us the sign she placed in her [97:14] yard. [97:15] >> There is no justification for a [97:17] terrorist attack. [97:18] >> Mhm. [97:20] Mhm. [97:24] >> I could be wrong. [97:27] I think that race, again, I'm not no [97:31] stratamist here. I'm just telling you my [97:32] instincts, my gut. [snorts] I don't [97:35] think that race is as close as everybody [97:37] says it is. I could be dead wrong. [97:41] And if I am, I am, but I don't think [97:44] that it is. [97:48] I can't believe that the people of [97:50] Michigan, [97:51] all those patriots there, all those [97:53] hardworking [97:55] assembly line workers, [97:57] union men and women, [98:01] I just can't believe that they would [98:02] vote for somebody like this, [98:05] period. There also a lot of people [98:08] coming out in the black community [98:10] saying, "This guy represents Palestine. [98:12] He doesn't represent us." [98:14] And in fact, you know, he pouted around [98:16] with Hassan aka Hassan Puker, [98:20] when he thought that would help him. And [98:22] Hassan Puker is a racist. The things [98:24] that he has said about blacks, the [98:26] things he has said about Jews. [98:30] I mean, the Islamists, if you look [98:31] around the world, the Islamists hate [98:33] black people. Islamists hate black [98:36] people. They slaughter them. [98:40] You can do your own research. Go for it. [98:44] You know who else hates black people? [98:45] The Marxists. [98:48] And Cuber, [98:50] uh, you know, when Castro was alive and [98:55] his sidekicks and so forth, they were [98:58] racists, [99:00] executed a lot of black people in Cuba. [99:04] Um, it's the nature of of that ideology. [99:09] It certainly is, [99:11] but it is true. [99:14] Mhm. [99:16] So [99:18] the black communities in in Michigan, [99:21] the union communities, union families in [99:23] Michigan, the Jewish families in [99:26] Michigan and communities. [99:29] Many of the people in these various [99:31] communities and so forth vote Democrat [99:33] down the line. This is how they were [99:35] raised. It's like inherited. [99:38] This is different. what's going on [99:40] today. This is different [99:44] in Michigan. [99:46] I would also urge the people in Ohio to [99:49] to reject [99:52] reject that long in the tooth Democrat. [99:56] Sheldon, who's running uh
[100:00] who's running for the Senate, VC is a
[100:04] great candidate for governor. I know
[100:05] they're trying to attack him on that ad.
[100:08] I personally think it was a good ad.
[100:10] What do you think of that? That's right.
[100:13] It's a good ad.
[100:15] Iowa. I mean, I don't know what's going
[100:18] on there, but they ought to come home
[100:19] and and send a Republican to the Senate.
[100:23] Maine, I've even endorsed Susan Collins
[100:26] because the Democrats are absolutely
[100:29] faking nuts. I'll be right back.
