The wave of student unrest sweeping France has now reached neighboring Belgium, where tens of thousands took to the streets of Brussels. Masked rioters clashed with police, while Palestinian flags, among other foreign flags, were visible in the crowds. Three years ago, we warned our European friends and allies that the kind of violence we faced on October 7 was far closer to their own doorsteps than they cared to believe. In return, we were smeared, accused of committing war crimes, and met with boycotts of Israeli products. And here we stand, three years later, watching violence unfold on European streets. Yesterday in Amsterdam, Hamas supporters weren’t even shy about openly declaring their support for a designated terrorist organization. Holding signs reading “We support Hamas” while calling for an intifada. In the heart of Europe. We already know Hamas operates in Europe. European security agencies have uncovered and disrupted Hamas-linked operational cells, weapons caches, and financial networks across several countries, including Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, and Italy. Yet while European politicians, including members of the European Parliament, are too busy scrutinizing Israel, they seem remarkably unconcerned about the jihadist wannabes openly glorifying terrorism in their own streets. Members of the UK Green Party are talking about wanting to “hunt down Zionists” in every corner of the earth. This is where we are right now. They’re not talking about peacefully engaging with people who hold different views or political positions. They’re using the language of pursuit, turning it into a call for action against people they deem a threat. And history gives Jews every reason to take that rhetoric seriously. It starts with demonizing, then dehumanizing, then justifying violence. Nationwide strikes over the conditions of public classrooms in France have escalated into unrest, with schools set ablaze and reports of teachers and police officers being assaulted. What caught my attention was the display of Palestinian flags in the midst of these protests. I don't know exactly what raising them has to do with overcrowded French classrooms or understaffed schools, but the chaos, the burned infrastructure, the damaged property, and the assaults on police officers are precisely what I fear Europe risks seeing more of if “Globalize the Intifada” becomes more than just a slogan. He was later accused of plotting terrorist attacks on British soil. 🇩🇪 So-called protesters are marching through the streets dressed like jihadists, waving symbols associated with the Iranian regime, while receiving support from Muslim Brotherhood sympathizers. 🇫🇷 Six men were charged and detained over an alleged plot to attack a synagogue in Sarcelles. Back in 2017, UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan warned that Europe would see more radicals and extremists emerging from within its own borders. Ed Miliband was confronted by Palestine Action members while eating at Pizza Express during Labour’s annual conference. The Foreign Secretary was asked to “de-proscribe Palestine Action” and “declare genocide in Gaza.” For those of you who forgot, the UK government proscribed Palestine Action in July 2025 after its members repeatedly broke into military and defence related facilities and violently confronted police and security officers. One member, Samuel Corner, struck Police Sergeant Kate Evans twice in the back with a seven pound sledgehammer, fracturing her spine. And now these people are literally demanding that the UK legalize a proscribed organization because, in their view, the ends justify the means. This is where the UK is right now. A 22 year old Palestinian student from Gaza was provisionally suspended by Maastricht University after posting a video claiming he took part in the October 7 Hamas attack. The same university helped facilitate his move to the Netherlands and submitted his residence-permit application. They don’t want Israeli goods, but apparently someone claiming he took part in October 7 makes the cut. Make it make sense. #netherlands #israel
