Moran AtiasInstagram17 Jul 2026A rare picture from Shabbat. We donโt usually take photos on Shabbatโespecially now that both my father and brother are religious but Iโm so grateful to have this one to share with you. It captures my favorite moment of the week. The moment we all look forward to after days of work, endless to-do lists, meetings, missions to accomplishโฆ you know the drill. The run. The chase. On Shabbat, we donโt run. We donโt chase anything except peace and rest. God rested after creating the world, and so shall we. We stop. We pause. We take it all in. We breathe. We bless, we pray, we eat, and we remember what truly matters. And if we donโt know what that is, Shabbat gives us permission to ask the questionโฆ to stay in the questionโฆ and to trust God to lead the way. Today, more than usual, I miss home. I miss my parents. I miss my father, whom I hope to see very soon and host in the house I built ,a home where we can gather around the Shabbat table once again. Shabbat, one of the Ten Commandments, has always been the place where my heart finds rest. From the beginning of time, and forever. Shabbat Shalom. May you find joy in what you already have, and let God take care of the rest. Love you all โค๏ธ
