📣 AIPAC's Spring 2027 Semester Internship application is now open! The Semester Internship allows students to develop their own political activism skills through research, writing, event planning, and much more. This spring, AIPAC's Semester Internships will be a hybrid of in-person and virtual work. We are looking for interns to fill spots in our Political, Policy and Government Affairs, Marketing & Communications, Leadership Development Department and more. AIPAC Semester Internship are available for academic credit or a small stipend. Interns are expected to work at least 15-25 hours per week. The final application deadline is December 18th, 2026, and applicants will be accepted on a rolling basis. This internship is open to undergraduate students enrolled in an accredited university or college. 🚨BREAKING: Iran and Russia were caught deploying AI to create at least seven fake Western journalist identities and place nearly 100 articles in global media outlets promoting anti-US and anti-Israel narratives, in a global influence campaign. The operation used ChatGPT to generate content in Persian and English under fabricated bylines including "Noah Lamington," "Sophia Gonzalez," and "Ericka Feusier," with articles appearing in outlets that collectively reached millions of social media followers across Facebook, X, and Instagram.

Today, the IDF exposed a letter written by Yahya Sinwar's 10-year-old son, which says, "I want to hold a Kalashnikov and shoot Jews." The letter was accompanied by drawings of weapons, tanks, and missiles, which reflects how "Hamas' ideology of hatred and violence impacts the younger generation in Gaza," the IDF said.

This week, Colombia became the tenth country to open its embassy in Jerusalem. Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar called it "a recognition of the simple political fact that Jerusalem is Israel’s capital." "I thank my friend, the President of Colombia, Abelardo de la Espriella, who told me in Buenos Aires, long before his election: 'If I am elected President, I will immediately move the Embassy of Colombia to Jerusalem.' He made a promise, and he kept it," Sa'ar added.
