In late November the Israeli Knesset (Parliament) honored the Body of Messiah in an official session.  Israeli leaders thanked a delegation of Believers from around the world for giving aid to Holocaust survivors and for continuing to support the nation of Israel. 
     The event was organized by Knesset Member Lea Shemtov with the help of the Helping Hand Coalition, a humanitarian organization that provides relief to Holocaust survivors in Israel.  Avi and Chaya were invited into the Knesset chamber, representing believers from the Land of Israel.  Inside Avi helped to translate several of the Knesset members from Hebrew to English for the predominately English speaking attendees.  It was wonderful to be part of this event where the Body of Messiah was officially being recognized and awarded for faithfully supporting Israel and its people. May our nation and people be provoked to jealousy by the love shown to them through the Believing Body.
